I cannot say enough good things about The Clothes Tree by Deborah! Me and my daughter had the best experience in this store April 20, 2024. They two sales associates took care of my daughter. They brought her dress after dress. Help her with trying them on. They were terrific. When we arrive we only had about hour and a half before they closed. When closing time came they were still helping us getting us dresses. We had driven 2 1/2 hr. To get there and it was well worth it. The assortment of formal dresses is superb! The owner Deborah came around to our dressing room about closing time to assure us there was no hurry. She came back by and asked my daughter to come out to the big mirror for a good look at the dress we were interested in. Deborah was so kind I can truly say we made a new friend that day! She showed us how the dress should be hemmed. She went over every detail with us. Upon checking out she asked if they associates had show us the gowns from the trunk show they had earlier in the week. We had not seen them so she took us back upstairs showed us the sample dresses and explained to us just exactly how a trunk show worked. All of this after closing. Thank you Deborah and associates for taking the best care of my daughter and putting her in the perfect dress!!!

I recently found out some news that made me no longer be able to wear the dress I put a $300 LAYAWAY payment on. I called the store and asked if they could refund my money as in which I don’t have the dress nor can I get the dress anymore. They told me there’s nothing they could do, so in simple I just paid 300 dollars for a dress I’ll never see or wear. BIG SCAM

My daughter and I had been to 3 different stores and they made her feel so self conscious and awful. We came here in a one last attempt and it was amazing. We had a lovely man named David helping us and he was the best person I’ve ever met. He made her feel amazing and confident again. 100% coming back.

Paid $800 for my daughters prom dress. We noticed a tear in the back of dress. Called the clothes tree and they told us we should have looked more carefully before buying. NEVER AGAIN

My daughter prom dress was everything!!!! alot of people thought it was a custom dress. The staff was patient and so nice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The Clothes Tree was an absolutely wonderful place to find my dress for prom! David and Mandy were so helpful and helped me find THE dress! They don’t rush you or pressure you in deciding, you get a designated room to try on, and their dresses are separated by rooms so if you love a pink dress, they’ll take you there first! They have a wide range of sizes, dress options, and are willing to order something if you can’t find it. The employees are personable and welcoming, and I felt like they want the best dress for everyone. It was an absolutely wonderful experience!

David spent 5 hours with me to find the perfect Mardi Gras ball gown!! He never made me feel like he was ready for me to leave ? It definitely felt like a VIP shopping excursion. Plus he’s sweet and funny and EXTREMELY helpful. This is officially my favorite place to find formal wear and the selection is huge and amazing!

This store is amazing!! They really did make my dreams come through!! I live in Charlotte, NC and found a mother of the bride dress that I was in love with at a local store. Unfortunately, the local store told me that they could not order the dress in my color and size because it wouldn’t be in for my daughter’s wedding. I called Deborah at the Clothes Tree because they were listed on the Jovani website as a premium dealer to see if by chance she had the dress in stock. They did not, but Deborah understood how much this dress meant to me and she “made magic happen” and got me the dress I wanted. She went above and beyond to make my dreams come true!!!! I am beyond appreciative and grateful. I would highly recommend this bridal salon.

Out of all of the dozens of dresses I liked online that said “in stock” NONE were at the store!!! I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I was incredibly frustrated. All I wanted was to have a dress with off the shoulder or one shoulder type sleeve. I found one dress and that’s only bc I looked in mother of the bride section!

Tones of dresses tried on about 20 and 9 of the 20 had damage to them in one way or another. Went to place in Rome ,Ga. And got 2 dresses in mint condition, same brand named dresses for the same price as just one dress at the clothes tree.

The staff was super friendly & helpful even though they were extremely busy. They have a huge selection of formal dresses including plus sizes!
