Whow!!!! Was I ever surprised. I thought these would be cold hearted IT folks-who would charge me a lot. My wife insisted on using them to transfer her data from her old locked up computer to her new one. Their fees were reasonable, they listened to her problems and helped her understand. It's a classic case of what we who serve the public hope to achieve-"under promise and over deliver". THEY ARE REALLY GOOD-THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!!!!!!!!!! I Should add that I was very skeptical-the last time I took a computer to a shop like theirs in another state, they charged me $50 and suggested I take it to the Apple store since they could not fix it.
