Patritia's customer service was the absolute best! The customer service exceeded our expectations. She explained everything precisely and had a lot of patience. She was awesome. I wish more businesses practiced outstanding customer service as she displayed to with us on today.

I rented the unit last Saturday, we don’t need it for 3 weeks but with only 3 left in the size we need, we took it on the spot, put the lock on while talking on the phone and getting the financial part taking care of on our way home. The young lady was very nice and helpful, when she told me about the unit, she said there are no promotions on these units. We were concluding when she ask me to leave a review and clicked on the feedback but instead I got to Copper’s rental page that showed the 3 month 1/2 price promotion, I asked about and she said she didn’t know about it and was very sorry but she couldn’t do anything about it now, she was truly sorry. I think she was, I let it go. But it seems the rental agency that Copper’s hired should be made aware of promotions going on. I contacted them today that we would be moving in next week and a different young lady helped me and everything went smooth. She said just get the declaration page to them and they will remove the insurance fee. I have read some reviews that indicated that was a problem in the past, I hope that Won’t be the case. Noticed the gate open also, no security, reviews about that didn’t sound good. I guess we will see. So far my interaction has been good with the exception of not getting the promotion and not having a choice over the insurance, which we haven’t had to do with other storage units.

Rented me a spot when they had none available. Then tried to argue over a refund. I bought the trailer on Sunday it's Monday morning I haven't even gotten. Down to register it yet and they tried to.deny my refund on that, not the fact they didn't have a spot for me. This place is a joke.

For the price, you can't go wrong. I needed something fast and they made it easy to rent online. I moved in the next day. For a non-climate controlled unit near my residence, I can't complain. I stayed longer than I thought I would. What was meant to be a month or 2 turned into 18 months.

Horrible customer service. I added our homeowners policy to the documents, we are still being charged the additional amount for rental insurance. Any time I call to get assistance, it is like they are reading from a manual and can't use any common sense when making a decision. I know the owner of Copper Storage!!!

This place is a joke. Horrible customer service and very unorganized. They Rented us a spot that was already taken, so they had to move us to another spot. That was ok, other than the fact that apparently Moving us confused them in billing, so they double charged us. Had to to call 8-10 times to finally get someone on the phone. Then waited 23 minutes (after being told to hold for just 2mins) for agent to fix issue. Finally had to hang up and call back. Once I finally got another agent on the phone it took her over 20 mins to finally fix situation. Then to top it off , I had to send over proof of insurance over 3 DIFFERENT TIMES for them to finally get it. All this over a little boat trailer that sits on their lot outside with overgrown grass everywhere. Absolutely absurd!

Don’t use this place. The gates have been broken for over 2 weeks and they continue to lie about having someone fix it. Then attempt to raise prices during this same time period and send emails signing you up for insurance coverage after you have provided them with sufficient proof of insurance from your home owners policy.CHOOSE ANOTHER STORAGE PLACE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS
