I called and the phone was answered "hello"...I waited and asked if this was cricket wireless, the girl replied yeah. I asked was there a manager there, no reply I asked again silence then oh let me get the manager. Hangs up phone on me. I call back, goes to voicemail I call again picks up hangs up, I live 8 minutes away so I go there same young Hispanic girl asks can I help you i ask is the manager here ? She looks at me bewildered and says unprofessionally what you need with the manager? ....in the end she starts crying realizes she messed up. She calls the manager (probably her family member and I almost had to check the manager. This stores service is trash and unprofessional unless adults are present. I plan on calling corporate because I have a serious situation with a stolen phone that could of got corrected but these people at that store don't know American services protocol. Do not support this 3rd world ran store.

This location is my favorite locations.The guy is super knowledgeable and a great sense of humor and on the other hand cricket got the best service with no interpretation or dropping calls.
