I dropped in while traveling for work. There was an automated text service online, but new owner, Austin, Told me just to show up next time. Nice people, great coaching, and tough programming. New home gym while in Birmingham!

I think the programming sets this gym apart from others. It’s both accommodating to people that want a place to get fit and great if you want to push the limits at CrossFit. The community is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.
