Joining CrossFit Laminin has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I knew nothing about CrossFit when I first joined, and I have found a sport and a family that I absolutely love. CrossFit Laminin is my favorite part of each day. I am continually held to a standard of excellence, and I am surrounded by a group of people who encourage, support, and hold me accountable daily. It is an environment that does not allow me to be comfortable where I am, but which fosters continual and inevitable growth. I am so thankful for Laminin and the value it adds to my life!

Started here in May, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Classes are enjoyable with people being supportive. Love being a member and always enjoy my time at the gym. Always a great workout as well!

So I joined in order to get fit, build strength, and hopefully correct all the pains I was having from just being lazy and out of shape (low back/shoulder). It’s been the ticket. Feeling great! The team there is amazing. Great teachers and they work with each member to help them scale exercises based on their individual abilities and limitations. I think the philosophy they have there shows and makes a difference.

If you are looking for a great workout and want to be surrounded by wonderful people, you need to come to Crossfit Laminin! The community is so welcoming and encouraging, and each workout is challenging but able to be scaled to meet your needs. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and desire to help everyone achieve their fitness goals, no matter how big or small. All in all, Laminin is a wonderful place, and I highly recommend it!

Love this place! And the coaches! And the programming! Went to another gym for a couple years that did Crossfit-style workouts and had a serious shoulder injury. Laminin is helping me reach my fitness goals-taking my shoulder into account in every workout-and I didn't know I could reach the level I am currently in...and wouldn't without them and their help.

I officially joined CrossFit Laminin about 2 months ago and I could not be happier with my decision. The coaches are involved and encouraging, the programming is incredible and challenging, and the members have all been very welcoming.

I came to CF Laminin in January of this year after my prior gym, of 10 years, closed. I have to say I'm actually glad it happened. I was welcomed in to the Laminin community right away. The positivity in the place is incredible and surprisingly contagious. I look forward to each days WOD and am pushing myself like I haven"t in several years.
