I frequent this particular cvs, at least once a week due to it's convenience. I went on yesterday and needed to use the restroom. Upon entering the restroom I was totally disgusted. The smell was horrific, the faucet didn't work properly, there was no soap in the dispenser, the toilet paper was not in a dispenser. It was sitting on the floor in a plastic bag. I have never had to use their facilities before and I will never use again. I called the store when I got got home and spoke to Shane , the manager. Our conversation lasted maybe 30 seconds. He was unapologetic and unconcerned. Very disappointed. With the exception of Shane, the staff at this store is exceptional. Also the drive thru service for the pharmacy is SUPER slow. That's why I ended up coming inside

I put in a refill via text @ 11a.m. they confirmed and said that it'd be ready by 3p.m. I show up @ 7:38p.m. and get told that my label isn't even printed yet. All in all I'm there till 8:07p.m. On the other hand Benjamin was very polite.

Only go here if you need over the counter aspirin. The pharmacist had a nasty attitude. Claims she could not fill my prescription. If you don't carry the meds in which people are prescribed to take by their doctors, then that's a problem especially for a 24 hour pharmacy. Unreal!!!! Only open when you do carry what paying customers need. Waste of my time

What I like about this location is the fact they're open 24 hours and that's good for anyone who needs to pick up any merchandise throughout the night. Most times, you'll find things on sale if you're a CVS card member (which is free) and make sure to not throw away your receipt since there's always coupons you might find useful. I always come here for the CVS sour gummy worms which are the best candy I've ever tasted. Every time I'm here, the place is always keep clean and customer service is willing to help me anyway they can.

I have been frequenting this pharmacy for almost two years now, and CVS for at least 15 years. I can think of one occasion when I didn't have to wait for at least 15 minutes for service. I came to expect that this was the norm at this location, and is not the reason for my low review. The reason for my rating of "1" is that I use the online services, and now the CVS app. I used the app to refill a prescription and received an email that it would be ready Friday after 4PM. I arrived after 5:30 Friday afternoon only to be told that my prescription was not refilled and that it had expired the previous month. They said that they had called my doctor to request a refill and it was denied. I could have told you that before you wasted YOUR time to call. You didn't have my permission to call them and had you asked me I would have said NO. Here's the problem. It is my doctors policy that prescription refills are requested by the patient. They will not refill any prescriptions that a pharmacy requests. Period. My doctor doesn't work Monday and it was Friday after hours when I went expecting a prescription, one that I could have easily called and had refilled that day. There was no indication when I selected refill that it had expired - only that it was being refilled. Here's the kicker, the pharmacist proceeded to tell me I need to look on my bottle to see when the prescription expires. Shouldn't the bottle and the app match? Bottom line, there are other pharmacies out there that have better apps and customer service. I will not be back to CVS ever again.
