Morning Pharmacist VERY VERY unprofessional, very rude, not willing to help. Anytime I've gone in there she's got a major major attitude. I asked to be guided in the right way since I moved and they have my old doctor listed. She was so rude, I even told her that I am always nice. And since being here that's all she's given me. Attitude. As a patient already dealing with enough stuff, I dont need a pharmacist to give me Attitude since May, of me moving here. I explained my situation, told her I didn't want to get anyone into trouble by filling an out of state doctors Rx. Very very rude person. Shouldn't have a pharmaceutical license. She didn't even know what the protocol was from other states, saying SHE DIDN'T KNOW IF THAT DOCTOR OR I WOULD GET INTO TROUBLE, after I made it VERY VERY CLEAR since I'm no longer there and moved here, I DIDNT WANT ANY PARTY, INCLUDING YALL, to get flagged or into trouble. She could care a less, telling me she DIDN'T KNOW. How can you not know something you have a license for??

Really liked the store but, after the recent events of experience with the manager. Which I a believe was uncalled for due to my order issue which was valid. And my husband experienced with a very long wait in line. I will not shopping again at this location.

This is best pharmacy ever. The staff is always helpful. They apply my copay cards to help keep prices reasonable. The pharmacist is the best. She reminds me & wife of our vaccinations every time. They know us & my family.

I know people say things just to say, but truly CVS is my favorite go to.
I love the value, quality, quantity, and most of all the extra value coupons and convenient location to my home.
The weekly sales on items I need at prices that fit my budget makes it a 1st stop for things on my list.

This is not the pharmacist fault. But I feel as an influencer it is my responsibility to let you know if CVS try to give you any medication from the manufacturer Aurobindo do not accept it and ask them to please order from a different manufacturer. They do not have the same rules and regulations as the overseas manufacturers and they have been caught more than dozens of times not putting enough active ingredients for your medication in the medication. CVS as a corporation is just trying to save money and they were able to order these in bulk because no other pharmacy will take them! I hope and pray this this manufacturer is not producing diabetic or heart medication because the active ingredient percentage is not enough to meet FDA regulations

I had a Covid test delivered to my home because my son is Covid positive and I feel I might now have it. When I opened the box, it was missing the 2 tubes. I called the store and they said they can’t deliver a new one, I’ll have to come to the store with the other one and get a replacement. This seems quite risky. Your store would rather a person who thinks they’re Covid positive come into your store because your brand of Covid test was missing something rather than have a new one delivered. I’m a nurse. This seems pretty ridiculous. I have a fever, sore throat and extreme fatigue, but now I have to drive to your store because I paid for a product that did not have the sufficient materials in it.I have no other words to say except that makes absolutely no sense at all. I didn’t make the error. Your store did or whoever makes the CVS brand Covid test. Maybe I should have purchased a different brand. Very poor judgement used in this situation.

I am NEVER filling here again!!! I needed my Asthma medication and Alex, The pharmacist closed the pharmacy window in my face because “she been there all day and I came 5 minutes before closing!!” Keep in mind she had my prescription for five days and it should have been entered in the system by now!!

This CVS used to be my fav place to shop and get my meds. I guess they are so busy or understaffed, until the community feel is not the same. I love Ginny and Sam in the pharmacy. They understand my needs.
