To the elderly white lady that I have given more than one chance on more than one occasion to have a normal average attitude. The only thing I come in this store for is to add money to my debit card. Which requires my debit card to be swiped me to give her the amount of money and get a receipt. Well I have to go through five or six deep breaths with rolling eyes. If there is anything at all that can stop the transaction or keep it from being posted endure that also. Just like right now it is 619 and she just informed me that they do not add money on cards after 6:00. When Google says whatever the store signs are for their hours is the hours that they post money. Now I could have been a smart-ass and went and picked up a Green Dot card that they sell on their shelf and added money to it. But that would have cost me five extra dollars. I just don't understand why the attitude, and why a tone of voice with the attitude.

Pharmacy customer service is awful! I have already made a complaint by calling 1800ShopCVS....hopefully they will investigate.

The African American male with the white coat and gray and black afro is very rude. If he doesn’t like answering questions he shouldn’t be working in customer service/ or any field that deals with people.

This location has worker’s with really bad attitudes, they don’t want to answer ANY calls anytime through the day. When you get there your meds are NEVER READY! Location workers need to change asap

Worst pharmacy ever ...Computer System is not updated calls me to come get medicine I just filled.The employees over the phone tell you to hold on never return like they don't have time.SMHI have medicine that has refill system won't let me refill meds.. The consultant young lady is always angry with a bad attitude .I know for sure that a couple of the ladies in there need to go through training again cause something or somebody just there for money.They don't know what they are doing it's time to clean house and rehire Seriously....Very Unprofessional..
