First of all, the two ladies at the register were very rude and I don't know what their problem was because I am a regular customer there. I usually come there to pick up my medicine, but when I went to self checkout to purchase my items, they were literally breathing down my neck. I was just trying to scan my coupons. One of them said to put them where the light was lit upbeat but it didn't take anything off, so my coupons just went to waste. One of the other cashiers asked me if I needed help and I was just trying to scan my coupons, pay, and leave and they were staring me down from the moment I went to self checkout like I was bothering them. Very bad customer service!!

This store is ridiculous I called to get my medicine refilled and the auto mated system does not direct you to leave a message it asks you all your information tells you to basically pick your prescriptions if it is not on there then it does not prompt you to leave a voicemail you have to physically say it repeatedly I had to hang up 5 times and finally call and connect to a pharmacist to ask for help which was a no go she was entirely rude and hung up on me then I called back and I'm assuming a tech picked up kept telling me how busy they were and how they are up to their necks if the job is this stressful to the point that you can't maintain professionalism and help the customers then why are you there? It is really sad that you have to switch pharmacies because the one that's closest to you is not professional. I called every doctor's office and switched my pharmacy to Walgreens I refuse to be treated like I am a problem or burden to you when you're there to help and serve me!

Please don’t leave basic items like a bar of soap in a locked cabinet if your employees are going to be rude (down right mean?) when you ask for help.

This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees kept us waiting while they were scrolling through Instagram and didn’t even give us a minimum respect.

Convenient location. However, nearly everything we touched in the store had something greasy on it. The store could definitely use a good cleaning.
Outdoors could use some TLC as well.

Went to go get a prescription refilled at this CVS, as well as buy some other things, only to be accused of stealing something I didn't even touch by the consistently rude and short African American lady that works there. Would not recommend this CVS unless you don't have a car to drive to another one. Even then, Kirklin Clinic is near campus and is 1,000,000× better, so I'dsay take the walk there to get your prescriptions. The only bright side of this encounter was the professionalism displayed by the young lady working at the pharmacy counter. Will never be stepping foot in this CVS again.

I don’t understand why they advertise their closing time as 9 PM when they actually stop assisting customers at 5 PM. Living near the university, we students rely on this CVS to pay our rent and bills, and it’s incredibly frustrating. One particular employee, a skinny woman with red and black braids, is consistently rude and unhelpful. She makes it clear she’s not interested in assisting anyone, often saying, “If you want to make a payment, you have to come before 5 PM or come back in the morning.”
This attitude shows no consideration for customers. What makes it worse is that I’ve successfully made payments at 7–7:30 PM too when she wasn’t working, so clearly, it’s possible.
The other night, I walked there in freezing weather (34°F, to be exact), only to be told to come back in the morning. If I had another option, I wouldn’t even step foot in that CVS! It’s frustrating, and something needs to change.

I would have given them 0 stars if I could, the black lady with red braids she is always rude and has a ton of attitude and just because of her I travel 5 miles to other CVS store. I try to be nice to her she was mean to me.
