The lady on the drive thru today with the cute crochet hat was extremely helpful, gave great customer service, and made sure I had what I needed. Thank you so much for the great service after I was treated poorly by Walgreens

I can always get in and out relatively quick. This time, Kristy assisted my mom and I at the photo kiosk to make and print graduation announcements. Kristy was so kind and patient. Not only that, she professionally serviced all customers at the front. She politely prioritized tasks/customers. She was overall very helpful. Great job CVS!

If I can give zero stars I would. This place is the worst. Nobody answers the phone , and I've been waiting a whole day almost for them to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy due to the fact that this place doesn't accept my insurance. This place is pitiful ! They should've kept Walgreens instead ! Stop hiring all these young people with no experience.

They send you messages that your prescriptions are ready and when you get there.. it’s not ready. I waited 25-30 in the drive thru to pick up.. went inside to get it and it’s at least 6 employees working. They had only two of my medications ready, I asked where were the other meds.. the clerk says; oh it won’t be ready until tomorrow because we close in 10mins. Worst staff and pharmacy ever . I will definitely be transferring to another pharmacy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I had a new prescription no one called to inform me the medication was out of stock. So I drive to the pharmacy mind you the location is filthy with bloody cotton pads on the sidewalk empty dog food can and several empty McD’s bags and cups, any way the guys at the register told me to step over to the side where you drop off scripts and I did they then tell me it was out of stock , so asked my prescription to be transferred out because the staff is incompetent the guy told me the pharmacy would transfer my scripts, well I transferred them to Publix ( professional and friendly and efficient this had to request my med that I needed 3x’s I see why CVS is closing many stores they are slow, liars and unprofessional, I then drove back to the store to be lied to again saying “ that Publix had to call them “and I stated this is not what you told me in which I and my husband’s job has partnered with them as a preferred pharmacy tsk they will forever be in my list to not even buy a pack of gum from them they’ve lost me as a customer every CVS has, the ignorance , incompetent, lazy , slow pharmacy staff no customer service, no sense of urgency in informing the customer about prescription you can’t talk to the pharmacist you leave a voice mail to never have your call retuned.

On a recent visit to the CVS Roebuck location, I was helped by a young man who was knowledgeable and polite. He was able to answer my questions and solve my problems in a timely manner.

This location has the worst pharmacy staff. Unprofessional, unconcerned, and bottom of the barrel employees. Leave a script at 8am, and you won’t hear a peep from them. Call and leave a message, and it is returned the next day. Businesses with employees like this location deserve to shut down, and send these people packing.

The grounds definitely need some work. Yellow barrier tape, a busted brick column, trash in the parking lot…
But the gentleman working the register was not only polite and pleasant but also helpful. I wish I couldn’t gotten his name. I just ran in for hearing aid batteries on my way to a job site. They’ll even provide only had one option left for the type I needed, which had three packs in it. I hadn’t planned on spending nearly $30 for hearing aid batteries, but I needed one!

The associate that checked me out at the pharmacy was very rude and acted like she was entitled. I should have called for her manager but, I opted to show more class and friendliness than she did and walked out.
