The pharmacy drive thru has 2 lanes. One for pick up and one for drop off. They are labeled. I needed to drop off a prescription. Once there a lady gets on the intercom and says lane 2 is closed and I have to get in lane one. I drove around to get in lane one and of course the line is longer. Why not have a sign letting people know lane two is closed or even place a cone there to block it off?

It's expensive but if you sign up for they're rewards you can get CVS bucks to go towards your next purchase. They have a very wide selection of things from health/wellness, stationary, snacks, and makeup/clothes.

I went to get photos developed from my disposable camera. It takes about 2 weeks and they never called so on the 3rd week I called and they said it hadn’t come in and they’re having issues getting them in. With that information I called at the 3 month mark. Again they said it hadn’t come in. I come in 6 months from the time I had ordered and told them and they said sometimes they don’t call and then they throw away the pictures after a certain amount of time and it just happens. Those sentimental moments will forever be lost. Should’ve went to Walgreens:/

Customer service was nice. The store was clean. I don't live in this area but I would go back.

I've transferred most of my scripts elsewhere. They never answer phone. The drive thru service is hardly ever open. If you have a disability and cant walk that much pick another location

The rudest, least helpful, trashiest pharmacy I've ever been to. I wasn't shocked at all to get on here and see that they only have two stars. The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to, they don't deserve any.

Not really in my neck of the woods, but I ran in here real quick to grab a couple things. Store itself kind of comes across as a little dingy, lighting isn't too bad, so maybe that is just kind of highlighting the stuff that could be done a little more. Standard CVS on all other accounts. They have everything from food to beauty to pharmacy to seasonal to just about everything in between. Prices range from ok to high, but they do offer rewards so that does help to offset the prices. Kind of a little gimmicky with the rewards, but if you know what you're doing you can make out ok. They also had some clearance items, that surprisingly, were really good prices, worth checking them out for those items. I'm guessing that those rotate through as they sell out. Probably don't see myself coming back to this location, but if I was in the area and needed something, they work in a pinch.

Great cashiers! Always super friendly and it never takes long to check out.

The entire pharmacy staff including the pharmacist should be counseled immediately and fired if they do not improve; none of the staff scheduled July 20th daytime knows the meaning of professionalism or customer service. The place was being ran like a backyard ghetto circus. CVS obviously needs to increase the pay rate in order to attract a more hospitable professional staff. I felt bad for the young white girl ( dont know names because nobody wore a name tag) who i watched the other 3 ladies run all over. Everytime she asked them a question they were so rude to her, she returned to the counter beet red with her best smile to ask another customer if she can help them; im sure she will be quitting soon. Shameful

This location needs to be closed. They NEVER answer the phone before leaving you on hold an hour. Just spoke with a manager, Shane, who was no help and only said they're answering as fast as they can and that they are short staffed. This has been the same for years with the same excuses from different manager. If I could give them a zero I would.

We had to stop to use the bathroom and to get some cough drops. The bathrooms where horrendous!!!I would expect cleaner bathroom in a pharmacy. There were out of hand soap, the floors were nasty, and the trash can was overflowing with used toilet paper. When I went to pay for my cough drops, the cashier was not friendly at all. I said hi, and she didn't respond to me. I said "Have a good day", and no respond at all.Maybe she was having a bad day.

Y'all need to fire Phillip, making quite a horrible reputation for the company you run.

I frequent this particular cvs, at least once a week due to it's convenience. I went on yesterday and needed to use the restroom. Upon entering the restroom I was totally disgusted. The smell was horrific, the faucet didn't work properly, there was no soap in the dispenser, the toilet paper was not in a dispenser. It was sitting on the floor in a plastic bag. I have never had to use their facilities before and I will never use again. I called the store when I got got home and spoke to Shane , the manager. Our conversation lasted maybe 30 seconds. He was unapologetic and unconcerned. Very disappointed. With the exception of Shane, the staff at this store is exceptional. Also the drive thru service for the pharmacy is SUPER slow. That's why I ended up coming inside

It always takes at least 20 minutes to answer the phone. I have a prescription on hold so it won’t let me fill it on the app or by dialing in so I have to speak to someone. I was on hold for 20 minutes at 3pm yesterday and hung up because I couldn’t hold anymore. I called at 10am today and hung up after 50 minutes on hold and left the request on the prescribers line. I’ve been in pharmacy for 12 years and this would have been unacceptable for us to do. Idc how busy you are, their policy of phones last is just poor customer service.
