Exceptional customer service!!
Richard, Juanita, Joy and Will. ALWAYS gives Exceptional customer service! They all greet me with a smile and all of them helps me find the things that I need. Of all the CVS stores , Montclair CVS is my all time favorite! Because they care about their customers!!!!

I interacted with an employee who was available to assist me, and she was amazingly helpful and very nice.
She provided the assistance I needed with pleasure. The store has an inviting atmosphere with knowledgeable employees from the front of the store all the way to the pharmacy. They actually want to help you! This has been my experience whenever I visit the store.

Fat Guy at the front was rude when he came to help me find my package deliver to CVS as a pick up point, he states that he couldn’t find it, but didn’t really try to look.

Customer Service is awful. Prescriptions are NEVER READY. The wait time is Always long even if your Dr call the prescription in a day before. Jacob has very bad customer service alone with the employees there. I will never fill a prescription at CVS again. Never will I shop at CVS again. I’ve worked for CVS in the past for years and we would’ve never treated sick ppl that needs medications they way they do. The only reason I give them a 1 star because you have no other choice. I rate them a 0. I never complained before because I understand ppl need their job but ppl also need meds that can affect their life or death. They have zero understanding for sick people at all. I was also told by Jacob that I can’t fill my prescription there anymore because I’m frustrated that my son prescriptions aren’t ready that was called in yesterday and I have to wait for hours to get it filled and this CVS is in my community!!!!!!!!!! I’m highly upset and no longer will be a customer at CVS!!!! CVS needs a new pharmacy team, reading the reviews this is unacceptable the way they treat ppl!!!

The employees are very professional and skilled workers. Each one is very knowledgeable and respectful of the patrons. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. The quality of products in terms of a price is not too high but affordable. The Pharmacy employees are excellent workers. It took them 3 minutes to assist me. That's faster then most CVS pharmacy locations.

Pharmacy Lady spoke to me very rudely today I work in the health care field and I’m fully aware that the way I was spoken to today was very disrespectful and disgusting and I know for a fact that if she’s speaking to me in this tone of manner about a need or concern regarding prescription then I couldn’t even imagine how it is for patients with a even critical health concern. I most definitely called corporate. But god bless everyone who has had bad experiences with this specific pharmacy and I pray and hope for those who are in need from now on get the help their and resources that their needing with a better attitude from staff.

So I use this CVS because it was close to the urgent care I went to. I called to check the price of my prescription and I asked the lady who answered the phone about my prescription she stated what it was.. but before I could get out can you transfer it somewhere she was very rude. I had to call back and talk to someone else don’t know if it was the same person or not but she was also rude at that point I told them to transfer my prescription to a Walgreens she said she would and hung up in my face again.. I’m new to Birmingham so I don’t know what nearest Walgreens she would be talking of so I had to use google and call around.. please train your staff on simple common curtesy on how to treat and talk to people. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else especially if you have elderly patients who needs a little more patience and understanding. I would give a zero if I could.. I was furious!!!!!!
