This place was understaffed. I went there to pick up an order on Christmas and the waiting lobby was tightly packed with people waiting on orders. There were only 3 employees in there trying to put together dozens of orders.

This place isn’t what it was... they are so slow and rude now. The place is absolutely filthy as well. Reminds me of a trap house.
