Dominique Rogers was such a big help today and she was very patient with me after being upset at two other agents that I had spoken with within a week. Dominique got the job done and explained everything CLEARLY to me before ending the conversation. The company itself is OK but it’s the workers that’ll sometimes make you stay or leave. One thing I hate is a rude worker and I did not get that from her. She deserves a raise for the way I was hollering at her before I realized it wasn’t her fault.

Eugene was nice friendly. And he made sure I had every piece of coverage that I actually needed. He taught me through. He explained things that I didn't even know what they were before when I thought I knew, but I guess I didn't and he explained them to me perfectly. So yes, Eugene gets 5 stars. Cause his customer service and his knowledge of product is excellent.
