One of the cleaner and nicer Dollar (25) trees. The cashiers are usually very nice and speak and greet you when you walk in.

The store manager at this location should not be in that position. She needs to be in a position where she does not interactive with customers and I am sure she will even tell you that would be ideal for her. That is not someone you want running that store. This store has so much foot traffic you have to make sure guest have a great experience period. I work next door and the only positive thing about that store is Carson. He does not let anything effect his mood. He is always in a great mood and performs amazing customer service. He should be leading that store as the store manager. You can tell that all the employees there have feed off the store managers energy except for Carson. The lines are always long and none of the employees make an attempt to help. When asked questions they act like it's an issue for them to answer and I guarantee it comes straight from the managers energy. I understand for the pay you can't expect top level customer service but that would just go to show what kind of employee you have in Carson. Give the guy a raise or promote him. I wouldnt ever call for someone's Job but the store manager is someone who isn't going to promote the right change, she promotes the opposite at least Carson will promote things in the right direction. I have waiting to write this after seeing several awful interactions with the SM.

Cashier lady was very polite friendly and helpful. The female putting up stock on the shelves was very short spoken to the pot of rude and impolite for being interrupted doing her task. To the point of shouting if it's not on the shelf we don't have it!!! Other customers nearby turned around and looked at her.

This store is the worst of the worst. The store is kept in such a trashy manner it looks as if they have been robbed. And not only that when there is more than one person in line it’s going to take you another 30-45 mins to get out of the store bc there is only one person working and he is the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve seen working in customer service.
