We came into this Dollar Tree for the first time and we were blown away how well this store was stocked and the cashier was friendly. I would say whoever the manager is, is doing a great job. I can promise that my wife will see to it that we'll be back.

I can only leave this in "pure fact form documented with pictures"...Holy Smackeroo!!!Mrs Tree, or Mrs Dollar, Prime Minister DTree??Let me tell you about "friendly fire". One of your own just hurt you bad.Trussville #1332 just raised the benchmark so high, but effortlessly and gracefully. We, your customer, now believe that every single store in your company should be as beautiful & clean as this location. It should be remarkably merchandised, stripped, faced. [If you ever work retail, you know & you also know that crushing feeling when someone destroys your hard work]This store is a shining example of1. Great leadership2. Amazing teamworkConstant and consistent work to ensure they were not just striving for improvement. They wanted to own perfection.I'm going to let pictures speak for me.Associates of store 1332 (on my receipt), stand and take a bow. You are amazing. You're seen, valued, and appreciated. Leadership, you live and love from your heart. It shows.Mr District Dollar & Mr Regional Dollar, it's time for bonuses, raises and promotions.This. This is the new training store. This is what we, your customers will demand from now on. This is what we will encourage your employees to grow to improve & the proof it can be done.... Within those 4 walls.But you can fool me for long... No no. I looked for 1 hour, 28 minutes and 19 seconds.... And when I found it...I screamed my joy. (Associates, Loss Prevention and customers had thought I lost my mind [too late for that])I found the 1 item out of place. Yes sir. It felt like a weird Easter egg hunt. But I didn't get any candy.Thank you for making me feel bad because I didn't iron my clothes before walking into this bright diamond. [Don't tell my Mother]Well Done!!

They have a great selection of items. I always pick up too many items. I go up and down all the aisles and the frozen food selections are awesome.

1. I check out.2. The cashier swipes an item twice.3. I ask her to double check the number of items swiped.4. She says she didn't ring it up enough and swipes it again.5. She hands me a receipt that shows five charges where there should have been three.6. I come back and she says "Well we don't do refunds so do you want to do an exchange?"7. Seemingly leaving me no choice, I went back to find replacements for the charges I tried to avoid.8. Her attitude was nonchalant and apathetic.It's sad when cheap products come with cheap customer service.
