  It's been 11 days since my package arrived at this distribution center and a week past the day it was supposed to be delivered even called customer support a few times to expedite my package thinking it'll finally leave this place but nope they still have my package and they never answer their phone

  Everyone here should be fired always sending your package to the wrong place always on the right track intill it reaches birmingham got to get smart employees
