I recieved the pick-up notice in my apartment mailbox. Went to the site as directed and was told the carrier had “worked a split” and couldn’t find my certified mail. Two week go by, no envelope, so I go back; can’t find. Notice appears on my mailbox again; I return, can’t find. It shouldn’t take a month to deliver certified mail.

Was waiting for an important letter that required my signature , didn’t even bother trying to deliver the letter just left a note in my mailbox and they lost/stole a replacement screen protector they were supposed to deliver to me 5 days ago if the postal worker who stole my screen protector is reading this I hope your happy

It's been 11 days since my package arrived at this distribution center and a week past the day it was supposed to be delivered even called customer support a few times to expedite my package thinking it'll finally leave this place but nope they still have my package and they never answer their phone

Absolutely pathetic! This place can’t get anything right. Do they even know what they’re doing? It takes 2 days to go across the country and then 2-3 days here and then they just might send it back where it came from. This absolutely has to be the worst place in the country!

Keep trying to call but never get a response, really is no point at all unless you go to the annex itself which costs a bit to get out to. Shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple answer.

No one answers the phone. Unable to speak to representative. Continually does not deliver package.

I had to come pick up a package from this location as I had received a slip in my mailbox at the apartments.
The door to go in is on the far right. Apparently they keep the metal barrier down during business hours. You go in and press the doorbell. A gentleman without a badge assisted me. He retrieved my package and asked to see my ID for having me sign for the package. He was pleasant enough, I suppose. It’s just a weird feeling interaction in that little room/office.

Obviously this distribution center has either really careless or really incompetent employees. Many times I’ve had packages show on tracking that they’ve arrived here, only to be sent back out of state to have to come back through to make a few miles from Birmingham. Clean house and start over

We are extremely disappointed to hear that Lauren W., our mail carrier, will no longer be on our route. Lauren has been consistently professional, punctual, and genuinely kind. She’s built a wonderful rapport with our team, and her dependable service has made a meaningful difference to our business.
Lauren W. is truly one of the best representatives of USPS we’ve ever encountered, and we are genuinely saddened by the news of her reassignment.
Please reconsider and allow Lauren W. to continue serving our route — we would be thrilled to keep her!
