This facility is absolutely disrespectful and lazy when it comes to doing their job. As a business owner and knowing other business owners going to this location that has an issue getting the service they go in there for, it should not be this way. I feel like people should not apply for jobs they do not want if they want to do ALL the responsibilities that come with it. It shouldn't matter how many packages any person walk in there with, the job should get done. This company should hire better people that actually don't mind working for the job they applied for. No entrepreneur should experience not being able to get their packages scanned in no matter what they bring in or how many packages they have.

Someone is stealing California packages.I'm goin to get local authorities and FBI involved. Cause know for a fact they steal. Cause Don't have that problem until it comes from California. I drive priority and know there stealing. they scanning it on and off , saying it's moving through the network. On the to final destination

Vicky was so rude to my friend. She did not want to scan her packages in. She said she did not care about the customer. I absolutely will look for another carrier as this current one was so rude. She was so hurt behind this. Please fire Vicky ASAP!!

Took my package 2 days to get from California to Alabama but then gets held up for longer here. I was thinking it was gonna be here a lot sooner but nope guess the people working here don’t actually do their job and just sit there. Very annoyed with this place and how customer support won’t do anything to help. This place needs to be revamped asap

Whatever man was working 6/11/22 was supposed to hold my package for pick up when they opened. As I’m waiting, I get a text saying it’s out for delivery by 6pm. Terrible staff.

Wish I could give half of a star. I have had a package setting at this distribution annex for 3 days and it’s 45 min from my house I could have done went and picked it up by now if I would have know this is how it was gonna be!

This is the WORST USPS! Try to avoid this zip code. The mail carriers are thieves and are very negligent in delivering mail that contains important information. Even calling the Postal Inspector does absolutely nothing, that’s if they call you back. The way this business is ran should be a crime. I hope Amazon takes your jobs.

I’m waiting for my package which was sent from California to Atlanta then then to Mississippi (so it’s passed by Birmingham twice now) and finally to this distribution center a few days ago and hasn’t moved since. Going up there tomorrow to try and pick it up in person!!! These reviews are horrifying btw

The worst facility, my time sensitive package arrived there and has been sitting there for more than a week, i payed extra for expedited delivery, it reached this facility in a day from PA, but for the past week has been idling in this facility, and to top it off no-one-answers the phone, the supervisor and manager of this facility should be forcefully retired

My package left there 2 1/2 days ago. I live not far from the facility. Who knows where my package is now!! Terrible terrible service. Incompetent people!! This has happened soooo many times!! Close it down!!!!
