This enterprise location is one of the best I’ve been to. The two young ladies were so kind and professional throughout my entire experience. I would definitely recommend booking with them if you are coming into the area.

I rented a car Monday night 1/13/25 and the morning of Tuesday (1/14/25) the car's engine overheated. I may have drove the car 15 miles. I had to use roadside assistance for the towing. I then had to miss my meeting.
Not to mention, the car malfunctioned on the highway, I then got stuck in the middle of an intersection. To make matters worse, when I received my bill, I was charged for 2 days, when I only had the car one.
With all that being said, I'm requesting a full refund.
I've been trying to get a refund since last Friday, and l've talked to a multitude of people.
Everyone keeps telling me someone will be in contact. I'm yet to hear anything. Terrible experience. I’m currently still waiting to hear back from someone with the BHM enterprise.
I’m still yet to hear anything back.. it’s been about three weeks now. They refuse to give me a refund for giving me a faulty car and leaving me stranded on a highway

I was greeted by Ms Sydnee McKie and she was awesome from start to finish. Professionalism and genuinely welcoming personality made me feel so at ease and relaxed. She was quick, efficient , and still carried a great conversation in the process. Great pick with this young lady Enterprise I will be back.

Rented a car last minute as Dollar rental gave my car away. The people were very friendly and kind. They only had one type of car left but was grateful to get one.

When I arrived in Birmingham, I was a bit late. I found the Enterprise car rental without any issues. Since it was my first time in Birmingham, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to those who helped me with their kindness and professionalism. Everyone was really great, especially a young lady named Miracle. The crew working that night when I arrived in Birmingham was especially helpful.
