I really liked the people. The attendant was very patient. She assisted me in learning the additions on a new Volvo. I especially liked the attendant Bill at Clinton Airport. Great Guy. 3 stars because I am still waiting on refund from Sirus radio

Absolutely worthless. Flight canceled and went online and booked a car.Walked to the counter.Form of ID? Check.Form of payment? Check.Staff tells me I need a second form of payment. Ok. Done.Then they tell me I need another form of ID. Ok ... I happen to have my Passport. Done.Then they couldn't decide what they wanted. First it was proof of insurance. Okay, done.Then it was another ID.....Then it was they wanted a copy of a bill or a lease.....Then they decided it needed to be a printed copy.It was as if they just didn't want to rent me a car for no reason. I've rented from Enterprise plenty of times and have a record of doing so. Which I showed them.Needless to say - this rental didn't happen and I have nothing else to say other than this particular location - the staff are worthless as human beings.

Rental booth closed so had to backtrack to the garage where the counter clerk was very pleasant, and professional. Did not have the type of vehicle I reserved but was upgraded yo a small SUV.No issues at all on picking up or returning.

Customer service was exceptional. The team at the Roebuck and at the airport did exceptionally well with finding accommodations when my car was in the body shop. Shout out to Shante Turner, Kayla Valentine and the marvelous and the very helpful and intelligent Malorie James! Thank you so much!

My experience with Enterprise in Birmingham Airport was wonderful! The car selection had been limited due to weather conditions and the reservation team was very helpful in getting people in their automobiles as quickly as possible. Also, the check-in process was very fast and smooth when I returned my car. Enterprise is definitely my go-to car rental service when I fly into Birmingham!

Ran into a bind with the national recall for 15-passenger vans. Star and Jasmine at the Birmingham Airport Enterprise worked out a solution the same day and got our group moving. Thanks for the extra effort!

They were short staffed so it took longer than it should have especially since i had checked in previously. However, the person that was working, Kayla Valentine did a fantastic job.
