First good experience with Enterprise in forever! The staff was professional and well mannered. The manager made accommodations and made sure to be fair with the misplaced charges on my card. And I was able to return the car smoothly with no random charges coming in on top of it. I highly recommend the Roebuck location!

My experience with this particular location was ok. They substituted a truck and only charged me for a mid sized car. My issue is with Enterprise in general. I am currently disputing a toll charge that appeared on my debit card. They are charging me for a toll fee, at 4 in the morning when the truck was parked in my driveway. When I call the number, I get a generic answer. They say they will research and get back with me. No urgency when it comes to customer issues.

Customer service was exceptional. The team at the Roebuck and at the airport did exceptionally well with finding accommodations when my car was in the body shop. Shout out to Shante Turner, Kayla Valentine and the marvelous and the very helpful and intelligent Malorie James! Thank you so much!

While the staff is friendly, I recommend avoiding this location.This was the worst experience that I have ever had at an Enterprise. The staff member who assisted me when I picked up my reservation was nowhere near the level of professionalism that I have experienced at other locations as an Enterprise Plus member.The car I received (a Jeep Grand Cherokee) was not washed or cleaned. There were grease stains all over the steering wheel. Something was spilled on the center console and passenger seat. The door panels were gross and sticky. The instrument cluster and front portion of the car was covered in a thick layer of dust. When I wiped the steering wheel with a Clorox wipe, black residue stained the wipe. The entire car was grimy.This was also the first vehicle that I have received in the past 5 years at an Enterprise location that did not have CarPlay or Android.

Mr. Hall's customer service at the Huffman location was amazing. He took care me from begininng to the end!! Issac and the Malorie they both took care of me at your Trussville location on 07/27/23.This duo went over and beyond for me and my family. Even in the chaos the duo remained calm and with a smile. They assured me that they would take are of me. The duo did just that on Thursday July 27, 2023!! Clean and a smooth ride... Thanks again guys YOU ROCK!!!

My employer uses enterprise very often and we have never had any issues until yesterday. A vehicle was reserved last week but when I arrived "they were missing information in the system so didn't hold my vehicle". I asked why they didn't call my company to get the missing information or make an attempt to fix the issues the gentleman behind the counter shrugged and said they didn't do that. When I asked what details were missing I was told my personal number and address to which I responded my employer would have provided both if they would have called. Then I asked how they allowed someone to reserve a vehicle if all the information was incomplete because the reservation will present an error online and won't allow you to submit it. With every question the employee just grew more and more irritated. Then when I asked him to check the area for a rental he sighed and offered me the numbers to call other stores. I asked why he wasn't willing to try and correct the issue he rolled his eyes and quickly scrolled through a website telling me nothing was available. I asked why he wasn't willing to call other stores and his response was "my bad, I'll take it". He still didn't offer to call any other stores. This business trip was planned for over a week and I had a confirmation email that included all of the "missing details" so I'm at a loss of why the vehicle wasn't reserved and why they wouldn't have called to correct the issue instead of letting everything fall through.
