Took my 2022 Bronco in for an oil change. Jeremy and his staff were very professional and did exactly what we needed to have done. It was also quick and proficient. We I’ll definitely be back.

I went today on my lunch hour to store number 5007 in Birmingham, Alabama Forestdale. Jeremy, the store manager and his staff were so polite and very thorough With their service to my car. I truly felt like that my car was in very good hands. I would highly recommend you to go visit Jeremy and his staff and let them give you a good service on your car.

Jeremy was very polite and honest w/ me about my vehicle. This was my first time here and I will most definitely be coming here for my oil changes from now on. I also really loved the fact I didn't even have to get out!!

I was charged from differential fluid change by the manager in which they never provided but instead told me that diff looked fine no shavings fast forward 30 days discovered lots of shavings and fluid was never changed nor was the level checked. These guys are liars and thieves

I came in today just expecting a quick oil change, but Stephen turned it into one of the most helpful and stress-free car service experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did he handle my oil change efficiently, but he actually took the time to look over my car and noticed things I never would have thought about. He checked my cabin filter—which, honestly, had NEVER been changed since I’ve owned my car—and showed me exactly what it looked like so I could see why it needed replacing. He didn’t just tell me, he explained the importance of it in a way that made sense and didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all.
What really impressed me was how he went beyond just the basics. He even showed me a simple, affordable way to clean my headlights so they could look new again instead of trying to upsell me on an expensive service. That level of honesty and helpfulness is rare these days.
You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure people understand their cars and leave feeling confident—not just about the work done, but about how to maintain it moving forward. He was patient, professional, and went above and beyond what I expected.

This isn’t my first time going to the Express Oil Change Service Center in Forestdale. Since relocating to this area 1-1/2 years ago, they have performed all services on my 2023 Maxima, including all filters, tire rotations, wiper blades, you name it. I travel a lot and have around 67,000 miles on the car already so they’ve seen my mug quite a bit. Stephen always takes good care of me and advises me of recommended current and future maintenance. It’s a good house and I’ll keep coming back.
