The Store Manager, Ms.Terri was very polite, very nice, and helpful with my moving needs. I first went the the location at Cahaba but there weren’t any available units for the size I needed. Ms.Terri had the exact unit space that I needed, the rental process went smooth and I was even shown the unit that I rented . Great people person and customer service. I would definitely recommend to location.

Excellent service from Terry at Extra Space Storage! Easy access to the units for our very large out of state moving company. Clean units, easy access. Terry even assisted with our locks that weren’t working. Great experience and affordable units. Would absolutely recommend!!

I have been at Extra Space Storage for about 2 years now. Terri is great. She is always nice and ready to help you out. I actually needed a bigger unit from what I started out with. Terrie, has help me get set up and when ever I needed something she’s right there to help thank you Terrie.
Throughout the time I had it she would call me and let me know on increased payment and on check out she was there for us. She the best thank you sharing extra space storage.
