I had two bad experiences with them. First, I was hollered at by the older black lady because I didn't tell her I had my prescription. The next, I drive 30 minutes to be told they are leaving at 5:30 pm and sign states 6 pm. I wouldn't have time because it was 5:21 pm
I was very disappointed and will never be there again. I left there and went to Target

Went to the EyeMart in Trussville and had an amazing experience! Bonus was getting 2 pair of glasses in 28m. Will definitely be back.

We LOVE Mrs Kim and her team member. Unfortunately they know us by 1st name due to how rough my 8yr old is on his glasses. Mrs Kim always gets the job done. Whether I'm in store or on the phone. She always has me ready to go quickly. And they all are super super sweet ladies. We just love them.

Words cannot express my gratitude enough for Eyemart Express! However, Kimberley was a true rockstar! Long story short, my son was away from home about 4 hours away and staying local in the area for church camp. My son lost his glasses while swimming in the lake at camp unfortunately. Kimberley handled everything from head to toe and made the whole experience so easy for me and our church leaders who were taking care of my son while away from home. She was so professional, stayed in contact with me over the phone through the whole process, and really made it so stress free for me and our church leaders to get my son a new pair of glasses to use at camp. She was so prompt and had the staff work on it quickly to provide a fast turnaround. Thank you so so much! You were such an angel!

We cannot say enough good about the staff here! Mrs. Kimberly was extremely helpful in our situation. She went above and beyond! She was even calling other eye doctors trying her best to get us an exam set up. We have never had someone be so welcoming, helpful and patient! Mrs. Kimberly earned our business from now on!!! She’s a lady running a tight ship with all the right people!
