SHADY with their subscription service. I had a subscription that ended almost a year ago, and one remaining credit after I cancelled. They let me know I had an unused credit that was set to expire, so I logged back in to use the credit I already had, but did NOT renew my subscription. They then fraudulently used my card to renew my subscription and charged me without notice the next month. Do not trust them with your card information!

Paid for membership for 11 months built up 11 credits that I PAID for and when u cashed my credits in for an order I canceled my membership and they canceled my order. So basically charged me for an order and did not fulfill it. Do NOT sign up for this. Huge SCAM.

Do not fall for this! I ended up not liking the leggings and returned. I contacted and canceled the subscription or so I thought. 3 months later I was charged for 3 months on my after pay and didn't even know it. I contacted again and said they would refund back to after pay and I said constantly to cancel and they just kept saying they will pause and offer 20 bucks. So this is what happened the first time they never canceled they just paused it. So I'm hoping this time they acually canceled.

Horrible customer service I ordered and they sent me the wrong size on everything, wouldn’t refund me or exchange. I will not order from these people again. The leggings aren’t good quality.

Y’all need to post the store hours on the door or online accurately.
It’s also very rude to think that barely speaking to customers through the door is acceptable customer service instead of coming to the door to say that your hours are not accurate and the store closed at 6 PM for Holiday hours. I’m not sure who the black young lady was that decided that was okay but her nasty facial expressions and gestures definitely gave me a bad impression of this Fabletics store in the Summit in Birmingham.
First time having subpar customer service experience here as a long-time Fabletics VIP member. Disappointing.

Fabletics is fantastic and honestly their online membership is unbeatable. All the negative reviews come from people who haven’t downloaded the app, where you can skip the monthly payment and pay absolutely nothing to still receive great deals.

Jose was the best. He helped me get a refund when y’all unexpectedly charged me the VIP thing (not cool) but he gave me a full refund and let me have some perks left over. Super awesome dude and very quick interaction.

SCAM! You pay $60 per month for membership credits that you cannot even use on top/bottom outfits of your choice. You can get 2 leggings for $24 when you're a member, but then you pay full price when redeeming your monthly credits. Staff can't even tell you how to find qualifying outfits online and neither can customer service. Ending my membership asap and would encourage you to look elsewhere!
