Very knowledgeable and highly recommend! I bought my pool from Family Leisure a few years ago (perma- salt). I am horrible at understanding water testing. It is so nice to be able to bring in water and the knowledgable staff always help. With all the rain this summer, I was having issues with algae (I did not have chamber on right setting). Their suggestions cleared it right up. Everyone is always very friendly. Highly recommend!

Super nice staff but very limited inventory. So much of their merchandise is stalled at port or transfer company short on driver’s so not their fault. It’s a good idea to call and ask if deliveries have arrived.

I am so frustrated with this company. I have been talking to one of the salesman there, Logan. He is now not returning my calls. I purchased a pool last Summer and it was installed incorrectly, which they acknowledged that there was a issue with the install. I spoke to them last June and again in March of this year. They said they would be out in April to fix the pool which will need a new liner. I haven’t heard from anyone and have called several times in which no one has returned my call. I spent around $7000.00 with this company.

Very disappointing. Commercials show a large selection of items in the store. We drove over 30 miles and left in 15 minutes. Best part of the visit was sitting in the $6,000 massage chairs before we left, that is why they sit was longer than 5 minutes. Heard LOTS of customers complaining of poor service and extremely long waits, several months, for delivery of items they had purchased, not told until AFTER they bought and plenty of back talking when they tried to return what they could not get.

Lost my business because 95% of the staff were not wearing mask and not social distancing while interacting with customers. I had to make conscious effort to keep the salesman 6' away from me.

The staff was customer focused throughout the entire experience. They were helpful, offered suggestions, and worked with my schedule to deliver. There was never any pressure to buy, they just provided helpful information. Logan has a huge help. He talked me through the logistics of delivery, and without him the process would not have gone as smooth. Delivery was also great. I will be back in the spring for new patio furniture.
