They constantly have delivery exceptions on their Ground shipments, and we never receive our packages on time. When track a shipment, their system will say a delivery attempt was made- even though no one actually showed up. And when you call customer service to complain, it feels like you're talking to a robot.

They have the worst delivery service out of all of them never receive packages on time and there warehouse is not far from me.
Update: Package from apple.com has not moved since July 5th it’s been stuck on out for delivery you need to stop stealing people packages FedEx. They need to go out of business and people need to start filing lawsuits. They need to be reported to the federal government.

Roderrick the irondale grounds delivery driver has had my package for 2 days. Why is Roderrick not delivering my packages. I had somany problems with fedex not delivering my packages to the right address. I moved to a better neighborhood just for them not to deliver at all. I am now convinced that fedex is not a good company to use. I never have problems with ups,usps,amazon,or walmart. But fedex never does right and im going off of 3 years of ordering things weekly. Im going to let thease companies know not to send my stuff through fedex and if they do i will nolonger use their services.

These people absolutely are the lowest. They fake trying to deliver a package to your business just so they won’t have to come across town. Then they hide behind their call centers and web site. I wouldn’t trust them to ship and deliver anything.

the worst courier company on planet earth, my package was delayed for over a week for “ operational delay” called the help line no one could explain what that meant, then one day i get a delivery confirmation WHILE I WAS HOME no package delivered NO PHOTO VERIFICATION THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED called again to report the package was never delivered still no help what so ever my package was STOLEN by a FEDEX EMPLOYEE several cases were opened for investigation, they say the confirm the package was delivered even tho i tell them I WAS HOME AT THE TIME OF THE SUPPOSED DELIVERY NO FEDEX TRUCK IN SIGHT EVEN HAVE VIDEO PROOF FROM MY HOME SECURITY THAT NO FEDEX VEHICLE CAME TO MY HOME AT THE TIME OF THE SUPPOSEDLY DELIVERY again no photo proof but they can assure me it was delivered what a JOKE OF A COMPANY TRULY I HATE FEDEX

A company that done 90 billion dollars in sales in 2023 and can't tip??? No wonder the rich get richer and the poor continue to get poorer. Corporate GREED at its finest! I will never use this company again, I prefer UPS or USPS anyway.

They just don't care anymore. Leave your packages at your mailbox to get stolen. To lazy to drive down your driveway because it's long.

Ever since I've moved to Birmingham I've experienced the worst driver/delivery/unprofessional/ no accountability from this company and even the call agents, who only refer to scripted answers with callers.I've had my last packaged that wS marked live plant crushed. Now I've been sitting outside watching the FedEx van drive by my home several times, never pulling in to make my delivery that according to the app says between 9:50 am and 1:50 pm. .My schedule is just as important, and no one should have to watch to make sure their packages aren't handed over to just any person, with no authorization. Which they have done in the past.I'm gonna wait in hopes of recording the driver and the van and posting with app delivery schedule to their website. .I wish companies would void their contracts with them, this is ridiculous.Not that they care...I'm posting now at the time of 2:17 pm. With no delivery updates, or delivery exceptions on my push notifications.
