Ever since I've moved to Birmingham I've experienced the worst driver/delivery/unprofessional/ no accountability from this company and even the call agents, who only refer to scripted answers with callers.I've had my last packaged that wS marked live plant crushed. Now I've been sitting outside watching the FedEx van drive by my home several times, never pulling in to make my delivery that according to the app says between 9:50 am and 1:50 pm. .My schedule is just as important, and no one should have to watch to make sure their packages aren't handed over to just any person, with no authorization. Which they have done in the past.I'm gonna wait in hopes of recording the driver and the van and posting with app delivery schedule to their website. .I wish companies would void their contracts with them, this is ridiculous.Not that they care...I'm posting now at the time of 2:17 pm. With no delivery updates, or delivery exceptions on my push notifications.

Drivers frequently pass by without stopping (on camera) and mark packages undeliverable without making any attempt or leaving door tags. I've been reporting this behavior for 12 years and they've not resolved it. Horribly unreliable shipping company.

Driver's does not attempt to find the address that he/she is not familiar with. My business sits on the corner of 24th Street S and 4th Avenue S., therefore it can be listed as two different addresses. Apparently Fed Ex only recognizes one of them, therefore if the second address, which is a valid address is utilized, they just label the package as undeliverable and return to sender. I found this out only because one of the packages that was listed for the address driver didn't recognize, I also listed a contact number. The manager of the shipping station was kind enough to call me and hold the package until I was able to come pick it up from the facility. I spoke with a manager then and advised of the two address situation. I was told he would speak with drivers, yet I have had three other packages, all coming from my corporate headquarters, returned as undeliverable.

Today I received my text stating that my order delivery window was 850am- 12pm and I began tracking, via the link from the text it went from Irondale, Alabama in transit to delayed then marked attempted and no one was home. I work from home and sit less than 20 feet from the door they needed to knock on if they had come to the address at all, no door tag was left, fed ex has been the most incompetent, irresponsible, delivery service I have ever witnessed or come in contact with in my life! I called the customer service phone number they told me that they can not help me it will be delivered tomorrow and hung up, this whole company is disgusting I notice no one even replies to the comments left or even tries to offer a resolution because the honestly don't give a darn about the service or lack thereof!

Came in to pick up a package and drop something off and the lady who helped me was one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Got my business done in a flash and she made my day too. It's kind of out of the way, but I'd gladly come back here whenever business calls.

FedEx is a joke, they’ll say undeliverable, as you’re standing in your yard and nobody even passes your house, so you have to wait on a package to hopefully show up or you have to ride to a center 30 miles from your house to pick it up. We’ve had packages “undeliverable”, strangely enough they’re gift cards, when you try to reach out, no help.

I had a package being delivered to my home and needed to be present to sign for the package. I work from home so that was no big deal. The delivery driver then proceed to run to my door with a tag stating I wasn't home and that I would have to drive 45min-1hr away to get my package. He DID NOT even knock on my door. I saw him do this and I ran to the door to stop him from leaving but as soon as I opened the door he jumped into his truck and sped off as quick as he could. NEVER in my life have I seen such terrible service. I called customer service and they said absolutely nothing could be done and that if I want the package to drive and get it. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.... shame on you FedEx.

Useless. Why would you try to deliver day after day a package that requires a signature at 1 pm? Some of us have to actually work.
