It’s been a long time since I’ve been to FedEx, but after the experience I had today I will be a returning customer and this will be my go to store. Randy is the lovely worker that helped me today and I was very impressed. He was so kind, had wonderful multitasking skills, and clearly works well under pressure considering the line of customers he had. The store is in a nice location, parking was easy, and it was a very clean store. Looking forward to coming here from now on!

Jim has to be the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever seen. He was huffing and puffing because he had to keep the store open until 6 and not shut down 20 minutes early. You are paid until 6, not 5:40. He packaged my item for shipping in a sloppy manner on purpose and I refused the packaging and asked him to redo it.
On the other hand, I am giving two stars because the older gentlemen who works here is an amazing employee. Very enthusiastic, energetic and willing to help unlike his coworker, Jim. He always has a smile on his face and he makes the FedEx experience so much better.
Overall, this location needs to be reviewed by FedEx for company policy and help these employees act professional.

Placed a small printing order of some prints for my daughers dorm room online. Per the confirmation email I would get a call when the order was ready. I did not get a call and forgot about the order for a couple weeks. I called to make sure they got the order and they told me it was ready for pick up. My husband went by a few days later and they claimed they didn't have the order. I pulled the confirmation email up while he was on the phone. All of a sudden I received an order complete email while on the phone waiting. They had decided to throw the 3 prints in the trash. The fished it out of the trash and gave it to my husband. Poor customer service with no follow through.

If you go here ask for Randy. The manager has poor customer service skills and treats you like you're a nuisance. I literally handed the lady everything she needed on a piece of paper and she acted as though i had handed her a manual to quantum computing.

Service was fast! The employee was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Now, other other hand- these prices are set WAY too high. I got two small manilla file folders laminated- one I did myself which was a disaster on the self-serve laminator and the other one they did on the larger laminator. It was around $19.00 for both and they charged all of these services fees that I was not aware of. They charged to cut, trim, and the set up to CUT the lamination- that is my one and only complaint because if I knew of these multiple fees, then I would’ve trimmed it myself.

The manger just stared at her computer knowing I’m 2 feet from her trying to check out while every other employee is as packed with people. I understand being busy but not even acknowledging a customers presence and telling them, “ If you don’t mind just waiting in another line.” Might go a long way to make people not give terrible reviews on google. I feel really bad for all the other employees there for having to work with her.

I paid over $35 for an urgent document to be overnighted to arrive in Charlotte, NC. When I tracked it online, the status said it wouldn't be delivered until the following day (i.e., 2 days later). I called the 800 number for assistance. The robo-operator asked for the tracking #. After entering it correctly three times, it said they had no record of it. So I called the local branch from where it was shipped (Cahaba Village). No one answered the phone. I tried several times and still no one answered. I want my money back and my precious time back. Oh and I'd like to know the status of my package -- STILL. I will never use this location again.
