I had a simple prepaid package to ship. And the associates were too busy to help me. All because I have a black panther hat on from the marvel movie. But they took it as the blank panther political party. They didn’t want to look me in the eye which is a sign of disrespect. The only person that help was the manager. But he wasn’t completely friendly but to give credit he did do a professional job. But the associates they get a F- for customer service.

Went to two Walgreens to get a passport photo made, different problem at both stores, reminded me of how often the McDonalds ice cream machine is out! I knew though if I went to FedEx office they would do it right the first time and not send me around town to a different store that couldn’t help me. The staff were quick and efficient!

I've been going to this FedEx Office location for a few years now and they are always super helpful. Plus, it is open seven days a week, which is totally not typical for this part of town. I try to go on Saturday afternoons when it is more quiet.Mostly I come here to mail off returns. I had an issue one time with a Happy Return and the product they sent me was not the correct product. So when FedEx tried to scan them for return the bar code was coming up as incorrect because it was the wrong product. I explained what happened and they said not to worry about it and got it processed quickly.I've also used them for printing and binding services. They did an absolutely beautiful job with printing my training manual! They even had it finished earlier than expected so I was able to pickup the same day. I've included a photo of it below.

You never know the type of worker you’re going to run into at a postal service place. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice I was treated (I want to say it was Michael, not sure). The service I was using was down store-wide but he took my information and called me back when everything was fixed. Above and beyond ??

Got my packages shipped without issue. Parking is convenient. Nicer area of downtown. Seemed to be well organized and clean.

Excellent and heart felt service rendered on Tuesday, August 29. My family and I are in a time of need of flyers. Ellis was so so helpful and concerned about our missing family member, I felt hisgenuine sincerity.

A package supposed to went out on the 5th of this month to cedar City.. and fedex keep send it back and forth to my home and I supposed to spend another $92 dollar getting back to FedEx in a cab to pick up the package that was paid to go out to cedar City

Michael and Ellis were very helpful in giving suggestions and exercising patience while I got everything prepared for printing. They discussed the best styles and prices with me and got everything done beautifully and efficiently. All this and they didn't miss a beat with the other customers! I felt especially valued as a customer.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!Nathan a services representative in the downtown location was so rude and not knowledgeable about printing product. Kept suggesting products that wouldn't work for my needs. I only wanted him to help measure a bottle and recommend and write down suggested label for the bottle. He continued to offer non waterproof labels that were for envelopes. At one point he finally just handed me a measuring tape and told me to measure myself he couldn't help. The manager and higher up manager were there and didn't attempt to assist.Walking in, no one greets you or acknowledges that you've come in. They lean in the counter and just watch you. Never says hello or are you finding everything ok. They just look awkwardly.I wouldn't recommend this Location for someone that doesn't know what they need. I would only use this location if I'm dropping off a shipment.

There is no parking and if you have to park, you have to pay.definitely not using that location.

I can't believe Wells Fargo uses such a sloppy courier to deliver replacement debit cards!I recently filed a fraudulent withdrawal from my Wells Fargo account. I requested an expedited delivery (within 1-3 days) and here I am, over a week out with no debit card and no way to access MY MONEY without withdrawing cash during BANKER'S HOURS, no less, and this means that I can't give a new card number to my credit card company to pay that bill, much less shop online! FedEx's excuse is that they made three attempts to deliver my debit card, which requires a signature. Well, that's sounds pretty generous until you factor in that they don't tell you WHEN they're coming, much less try and actually SCHEDULE a convenient time for you to be available to sign for it! Well, excuse me for having a job and other responsibilities! And I actually WAITED ON YOU, to the detriment of my tardiness to work!- All because you said it would be delivered before twelve! Well, my SHIFT starts at ELEVEN! And I waited up until about ten minutes 'til time for me to actually BE at work, in hopes you'd have enough sense to realize that, if you didn't reach me at the same time the LAST TWO TIMES, YOU MIGHT WANNA TRY AND CALL ME TO FIGURE OUT A MUTALLY AGREED UPON TIME FOR A SCHEDULED DELIVERY! AGAIN! WHAT A SLOPPILY RAN "SERVICE"!! I'm seriously looking into switching from my bank of roughly 28 years because of this! Due to this derelict "organization" (and I used the word, "organized", VERY loosely!) Ive now waited LONGER than it would have taken to have had them just send me my new card in the standard shipping time! THANKS FOR LEAVING ME HIGH AND DRY WITHOUT A DEBIT CARD, FEDEX!

Emailed my label 7 times and to keep hearing they didn’t get it. Guy walks right in behind and they get his email. Waste of my time and still didn’t get my package returned. I can’t wait for the robots to take over customer service.
