Absolutely beautiful showroom. If you need something this is where you want to go and look at it. However customer service was extremely poor. I saw 5 people sitting around. I did have a lady at the front counter approach me but just pointed me to the section. Told me to come back to her and she would answer questions. I went to GLS and their customer service was outstanding. Showroom was not near as nice but I absolutely enjoyed my time in their showroom.

This company does not stand behind their products. Yes, they have nice things on display, but watch out if anything breaks! We’ve only been in our brand new house for a little over a year and we’ve had two appliances break.Within six months of purchasing are $3000 icemaker, it broke. Ferguson has this terrible service center called “True Blue” where you don’t really get to talk to Ferguson, it’s clearly a third party and they farm you out to different service repairman. Our experience with the service man they have sent out is that they are terrible. The icemaker took three different people in a month to fix. Turns out there’s a design flaw in the icemaker, sure would have been nice if the Ferguson rep had known this and not recommended this product!! It finally got fixed, but we had to get our homebuilders involved, their repairman couldn’t do it.The latest issue we are dealing with is worse. Starting less than a year into living in our house, our high end refrigerator started freezing things. Long story short, The company they referred us to has done nothing but break our refrigerator further. The guy was so rough with it that a cracked display had to be replaced, but the bottom line is that we are months into the problem and our refrigerator is still doing the exact same thing as before, freezing things. It’s to the point where I’m unable to use it for certain food products that don’t need to be frozen.The bottom line? Ferguson loves to sell you expensive products but they won’t stand behind them down when they break down!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do quite a bit of shopping both online and in person and I have never experienced anything like this. I’m pretty patient and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this has been unbelievable. I should have seen the red flags when I tried to place my order months ago and basically had to beg someone to take my order after my salesperson hadn’t responded to emails or calls for days. The amount of times I have called Ferguson over the past 4 months and have been told I would get a call back and then haven’t or have sent an email to which I get no response is laughable. Even after big mistakes with my order which have delayed my project at this point by 3 months, I can’t even get the courtesy of a call or quick email back for an update. Just yesterday I had my second tub installed because of a problem with the order on the first one and had a question about the new one wondering if I received the correct one. More than 24 hours have gone by and I have received no call back after basically pleading to the person that answered to have someone, anyone call me back. I realize that mistakes happen and orders can be delayed at no fault of anyone but the horrible lack of communication and customer service I have received at Ferguson is inexcusable.

My husband and I walked in looking for a new kitchen faucet. We were there 15 minutes and no one approached us even though there were several employees there talking to one another. Only one other customer was there being helped. We've bought a lot from them over the years while renovating our house. Won't buy from them again. We went down the street and found what we needed. Customer service is still important in my book.

agree with complete lack of service over the years by security, reception or floor help. I thought perhaps making an appointment would help -don't waste your time. when I arrived for appointment they didn't have me scheduled and said that everyone was in a meeting anyway so they could make another appointment time for later in the week. no thanks

Fantastic showroom; zero service. We are looking for all fixtures, lighting, etc for a new build. I was in the showroom for 30 minutes without a word spoken. Not even the guy standing at the front door when I left.

Nice place with great customer service. This place has more upscale household items like tubs, toilets, fridge etc. We purchased a toilet that we hope will last longer than our previous toilet. They also carry Bidets which we are considering for another bathroom at a later date. They have greater selections in colors, sizes etc. Great store that I have not heard about until the plumber that will be installing out toilet mentioned it

I highly recommend Ferguson particularly after working with consultant Melissa Grant Duke. Melissa was highly prepared for my consultation, gave me great advice, was completely honest about various products, and made the visit a pleasure. Ferguson is lucky to have someone with this type of expertise, honesty, and people skills. I also appreciated her attention to safety and hygiene during this time. My mom is elderly and so I’m being very cautious and Melissa did everything to make sure all protocols were followed and to make sure I was uncomfortable. Thank you Melissa!!!
