The last few times I've been in Finish Line, I have enjoyed my experience and ended up leaving with a pair of shoes. The staff is super helpful and I like that they make sure to greet you no matter how busy it can get. I commend the staff and recommend anyone to get their shoes from there in the mall

I always enjoy my visits and shopping experiences. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of the products they sell at the store, regardless of the brand or if it is a shoe or apparel. Every time I go, I am always great if it’s enthusiasm and respect. I am often helped by Jurnee who is always excited and willing to help me. She’s a great asset to the location as well as the other members of the team!

The store manager had the greatest customer service skills in America I’m not just saying that I loved everything that you did for me she help me out and I was very happy with my experience I’m gonna come back to finish line and Shop all the time because of this lady thank you guys keep it going

Such an amazing staff! From the moment I walked in they greeted me at the door, unlike the other shoe stores in the mall where they just look at you. They helped me find a shoe that I needed, and even offered to order a shoe I was specifically looking for. I will definitely be back.

I am writing this complaint to inform you that Finishline employees are stealing from customer without informing or asking if they want to contribute towards FLYF Round Up Donations, and when I caught it because my total was even and $.65 cent more than what I calculated, I was told that the system automatically round the amount up. I told the worker (Cashier# 0352073) that the information he’s providing is incorrect, I shop at Finish Line very frequently and I will be contacting corporate and doing a survey on this issue because it’s mortally wrong and against the law to overcharge someone without getting consent to add a donation to their transaction. And if they did me like that, than who else are they stealing from without the customers unknowingly being charged. It was the Finish Line in the Galleria Mall 2000 Riverchase Galleria Hoover, Alabama 35244 Store# 1014. So always check your screen before swiping your card… Also look at your receipt to make sure you wasn’t charged anything additional… Stay woke!!!

Save your money, the people that work here are rude!! I asked a worker to grab a pair of shoes from the back and when he came out he wouldn’t even let us try them on. I also got the vibe that they were judging us because we weren’t black. I wish I was lying. Please do better.

Went looking for the retro 12’ that came out July 24th. I find them the next day in finish line to surprise my nephew. I should have looked at the shoes before I left the store. They looked like someone wore them out that night and returned them when they got to work next day. I should have known something when he rushed to put them in the box. I was just to glad I found them. I called and asked for a manager to let them about the issue. I can tell whomever answered the phone was not a manager, and said I can just return. I will be returning and seeing who the real manager is. Bad hospitality for trying get over someone buying a 200 dollar shoe. I’ll take pictures when I pick up.
