I've eaten here before. Today, both sandwiches were so greasy that it was dripping onto the tray. Threw the other haves in the garbage with a large puddle of grease. Not their best day.

Both ordered Hook & Ladder sandwiches with no mayo. As good as any sandwich you get anywhere else. I don't like anywhere that ask you to round up your check for whatever their cause is...There is a box sitting at the register for donations and if I choose to give, my business. Don't like being "prodded"...Anyway, my gripe/my opinion.

Parking: No bigger than what these restaurants are, there is ample parking. This one is the same as all the other firehouse subs location I have personally patronized, in a shopping mall.

I dislike pickles, hate the smell and taste. I ordered no pickle and verified with the cashier and my receipt. I take my to go order and get home to find a large pickle inside my sandwich box and the pickle juice is throughout the sandwich.I really don't understand how a simple one sandwich order with no special additions can't be correct. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worse experience!!! They complained about being short staffed but had plenty of staff working. One employee swept the same spot for over 5 minutes in the same spot. One employee, was more worried about the music playing to the point decided to walk the whole story trying to figure out where the beep in the music came from. The other employee would start to make sandwiches but would disappear. They kept complaining about customers coming in saying how short staffed they were and how the customers should read the “short staffed” sign outside. I feel bad for the business owner.

This is how you run a restaurant! Or any other business really.I'll try to make this fairly short. I really like Firehouse Subs in general. Had a great experience first time at this location. Second time, it was still positive. But one of my subs was a little cold. I wasn't going to even say anything about it. But I got an email a day or so later asking about my experience. I gave generally positive marks, but I did mention the sandwich. The next day I got an email from the location General Manager. Not a cookie cutter corporate email. An ACTUAL email. He apologized for the experience and offered to make it up to me. I came in a day or so later. Met him in person, shook his hand. I got no pushback. No attitude. It was a great experience. They have won my patronage for as long as I live near by. The staff is always friendly and polite. They are always working. Orders are made in a timely manner. You really could not ask more of a fast food location.

I am sad to write this because I respect the philanthropic activities of Firehouse Subs, and have for years regarding my local outpost ( Trussville, Alabama on Gadsden HWY) to be a reliable and consistent lunch option. I ordered from the WEB site and presented to the store at the correct time, but my order was not on the Rapid Rescue shelf. I was directed to the cashier. I showed him the receipt on my phone and he put the order in to be made. I cant complain about the lost order. This could be completely beyond the local staff's control and they certainly had no problem fixing it. I sat by the window and waited and watched the team as they laughed and joked with each other for what seemed like 30 minutes or more. During that time, they made about three orders. All for customers who walked in after me. When I got my order back to my office and opened the box, I was shocked. Instead of the warm, steamy deliciousness I was expecting, there sat a cold, soggy bun with about two very thin, dry slices of deli meat and a coagulated rubbery slice of cheese. The meat did not even cover the whole bun. One half of the bun was almost empty. There were no condiments at all. It was disappointing and unsatisfying. I only hope my next experience is much better, or this location ill be off my list.

First things first, me nor my son was greeted, that's fine.. Next, these young workers definitely need to work on their customer service skills, they looked at us like we were lost??♂️??♂️Most importantly, they were coughing, sneezing and playing around.. We waited five minutes in an empty line just for us to say we're ready to order without being greeted.. Moral of my story, customer service goes a long way with me and hr needs to watch who they hire.. That's my rant.. Don't worry about me coming back here because I almost was about to let them know
