I first stopped by Firestone to inquire about getting an alignment. The salesman was ok and I tried to schedule an appointment. I was told to just come back in. The day I came back in, there was a different salesman, very nice. I waited about an hour, which was not a problem. The only issue I have, I was told that my air filter needed to be changed. I took my vehicle to my usual place for an oil change and filter to be changed. I was informed that I really didn't need an air filter and that the clamps around the air filter were left unclamped. Those two things made me rate them low.

They were very professional, didn't waste NY time. They told me what my options were and I had a decision to make. I chose to allow them to do the work. So far I am very satisfied.

I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection and they were very thorough and personable. Easy to talk to and in-depth explanations. I recommend them for any service needed. 10/10

When I arrived here, they were working on one car with all the other bays open with a full staff, they told the service I asked for would not take long. I told them o didn’t want to be there 2-3 hours. I arrived at 12:40, my truck wasn’t done until 5. The guy brought me my air filter to try and convince Me to buy a new one, I was only here for new tires and alignment , why are you looking at anything else on my truck .I was upcharged and convinced to do services that were not performed correctly . I had to go to another tire shop to get the services I had paid Firestone to do. This place will not see me again. I will tell everyone to stay away. They charged me with an a vehicle inspection . I never asked for this service. They told me my oil was dirty , I just got an oil change at my dealership last week. They even put a Boy Scout donation on my bill . NO ONE asked me if I even wanted to do a donation. They tried to get every bit of my available budget that I was working with. 2 different prices was quoted by the end of the job, a 3rd prive was calculate. I was lied to from the start. When I got my truck, the steering wheel was cocked to the side. This is a tell-tell sign that the alignment was done completely wrong. I have proof of this as well. And there is still a bunch of erroneous charges on my bill. NEVER AGAIN will I visit any Firestone to do any work on my cars , lesson learned !

I wish I could give Zero Star.
I went for a Complete Vehicle Assessment Plus, which should cost me about $50. As there was a check engine light, they referred me to a computer diagnostic of the vehicle, which cost me $115, and on top of that they added a Complete Vehicle Assessment Charge of $21. They only find out a few codes in the engine for $115. Auto Zone and Express Oil are offering fault finding of the engine for free by an OBD machine. This is just scamming someone that I will never forget.

Great experience! Clean store. Very organized. Staff was super cool and helpful. Very detailed when it came to my alignment. As a hotshot trucker with a lifted diesel, alignment is very important to me. They took the time to check, test drive, recheck and readjust my alignment until it was perfect. If and when I make it back to this area I will definitely depend on them for all my auto needs. Thanks guys!!

Workers were very nice and friendly. They called to tell me my vehicle was ready but I had to remind them about the headlight service. It was completed by the time I pulled up to get my vehicle. Good service overall!

Replaced a lot of front end parts and took my vehicle here for a front end alignment. After their adjustments, my tire rode boots were not installed back properly which caused one side to tear. Had to take it back and they supposably regreased my tire rodes and put new boots on. I did ask them to inspect the suspension to see what could be rattling up front after all of the new parts were put in but they neglected to do the inspection even though I specifically asked for it. Sad that you have to go over professionals work to make sure they did the work correctly and if there were parts that needed to be focused on, why not mention that with the customer.

They forgot to put antifreeze in my car and only noticed when I alerted them. They put yellow antifreeze in my car instead of the teal or universal green. They charged me 60.00 for coolant I really didn’t receive. I had a flush done and was advised to go to another Firestone when I called. They also wanted to charge me another fee for finding out why it was overheating but I told them to check the fuses. In response they told me I had to wait another day for them to check. The manager and I replaced the fuse which was the problem and I left. I’m never returning!
