Last time I came here in July I had an appointment at 11 for a tire replacement and they pushed my appointment back so far into the afternoon to the point I had to go to Toyota down the street. Today I had an appoint at 7 and whoever the guy with key is was over an hour late. I don’t know why only one person has a key to the store that’s terrible for business. Don’t even know if the guy ever showed up I ended up leaving at 8:15 am because I had other things to do. Don’t come here

Made an appointment for 8 am today to get my brakes repaired. Got there on time but two men were in front of me. One asked for a simple oil change and the other asked for a tire. I asked before I left if it would take long because I had another engagement to attend. I was told it would not take long because I got it in early and had an appointment. I made a mistake by leaving because I believe it caused my repairs to be take longer. At 10:57 I called to check the status and my car had not even been looked at. At 11:08 I received a call about the cost. It was over $1000 but I was willing to pay for the repairs. I did inquire about the time it would take because my car had been there for awhile. Blake began to raise his voice and told me I could let them do it or not. So I went and got my car because why would I spend that much money at a place with poor customer service. When I arrived he became verbally aggressive with me and my mother and stated that we called him liars when we never said that. As I was leaving he was cursing and talking about me to a technician. I was honestly afraid that he would harm me due to his aggressive behavior and I’m glad I brought my mom back with me. Females beware. I will never take my car back to this place and I hope he changes his behavior because I know had I been a male he never would have behaved that way.

I explained to Blake, store manager that they did my oil change and did not reset my gauge for the oil change, which will affect my extended warranty. I asked for another oil change to updated. They told me they do not reset high end cars(BMW X6).What is the purpose of accepting cars if you are not able to perform all the work associated with it. Then I bought a full set of tires and when I went to pick up my car the tires were flat. I had to wait an extended amount of time to get that fix.

I have had bad experience with Firestone in the past for a simple oil change and charging for items not need. Just started back using. Just need complete honesty.
