This place is more than "a gym". If you're looking to build community, a fitness lifestyle, and have the long game in mind, this is a great place to start.

I can't say enough good things about personal training with Christina. I've yo-yo'd with my weight and fitness all of my adult life. However after nearly a year and a half, I think I've finally made it a lifestyle change thanks to Christina's guidance and support. What I love most about working with her is that she's relatable - she too is a working mom, working on her own journey, and shares things that help her. They aren't crazy gimmicks that you won't ever be able to keep up with - they are simple, doable, things that ultimately help you get where you want to be. She doesn't expect perfection - she only expects that I'll show up for myself. And with her help, I'm down over 20lbs, lifting heavier, but ultimately feeling better about myself than I have in a long time.

This little gem of a studio is everything I could ask for. I contacted the owner Christina when I was 3 months post-partum to chat about how I might be able to ease back into a regular strength training/HIIT routine at her studio. And I'm so glad I did! When I first started she personally reminded her trainers/coaches that I was recovering from a c-section and they were all so great about giving me alternative movements and personalized attention so I didn't strain my body. The trainers are incredibly knowledgable when it comes to body mechanics/kinesiology-- and super down to earth and never pretentious. And the client personalization is BEYOND amazing. Over the course of 5 weeks, Christina checked in with me via text regularly and reminded me to set goals, really got me to understand my "why" for working out and keep me motivated. Would you believe I actually lost weight during the holidays?! Only 5 weeks in-- and I already feel a big difference in my posture, overall strength and endurance. I can't wait to see what the next few months at this studio will do for my body and lifestyle.

Love this gym! I had a 1:1 session with Sham to see if we could find a solution to some nagging injuries from playing contact sport, in particular runners knee, torn quad tendon and groin strain (I was pretty beat up) After referrals to other sports medicine places from my GP I wasn't really getting anywhere at all and it was quite frustrating. Sham from his experience with similar injuries and what I would call thinking outside the box was able to design a program that had me targeting specific muscle groups, some of which I didn't know existed (hello TFL) I had results for my runners knee probably within 2 weeks, however it wasn't easy, had to stick to the program, but completely worth it! I have incorporated a lot of the stretching exercises now in my daily routine and I've seen a big improvement in injury reduction and overall mobility. As a note I also took 1-2 supplements Sham recommend to help during this period, mainly for inflammation. Highly recommend visiting Sham, he is a wealth of fitness and nutrition knowledge.

I have been going to inspired wellness since November and it is such a good workout. I take the MMA self defense class and their regular fit classes throughout the week. The trainers are always so helpful especially Will and Mizeille. I like the place so much!!

I went to virtual yoga with AJ on Sunday. It's been moved to the park now because the weather is nicer. It was a good way to start the day and I liked that I was able to do it in the comfort of my home in pajamas. The parking in front of the studio can be difficult though but there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood super close by.

Classes were good but I signed up for a yearly membership and when COVID hit, continued to be charged. They opened online classes but that's not what I signed up for to begin with. When I asked about canceling the membership the only option I received was to put it on a temporary hold for a few months. I said I wanted to do that but continued being charged. When my card stopped working they were VERY consistent about following up to make sure they got my last payment, even though I hadn't attended a class in about 6 months. In short, good classes but don't sign up long term.

I loved my experience so much when coming here! Everyone was so sweet and the trainers were really nice and welcoming since I was a newcomer! This is the perfect gym if you might be intimated at larger gyms! With a smaller group of people everyone at this gym is like family and really cares about you reaching your health goals

Here is a 3rd edit: Whatever helps you sleep at night. Good luck in your wellness journey. Original update: This is in response to the post from Christina whom I never even spoke to. I mainly dealt with Joyce and a random number that I had no idea who it was. As you will see from my pictures, I did explain to the person that I was in contact with everything that I listed in my review. So yes, I did come to you before posting. After I sent the text, I received no response other than being harassed again about signing up after my request to be left alone. I was texted from 3 different numbers as seen in my pictures. You will also see the email confirmation of me signing my waiver and then being contacted the next day saying that I never signed the waiver. Furthermore, I don't appreciate being blamed for marring your "5 stars" when there are clearly other reviews that aren't 5 stars. I would have given this review in a pandemic or not and it would have been the same. I purchased a 4 week trial from you and you failed to provide the services effectively and efficiently. How that is my fault is beyond me. You may say that you're owning your mistakes but truly owning them and making excuses for them are two different things.

I've always felt intimidated at larger gyms which is why I eventually went the smaller studio route. The community here and the way they have a vested interest in your success is what keeps me motivated. They're really attentive and they get back to members quickly if we have a random question or need help. Plus I love to support locally owned businesses. If you're looking for a more personalized approach, I definitely recommend IW!!

I had a phone appointment, and then got a text an hour before cancelling instead of having a replacement rep call me. I was text a link to make another appointment, so I clicked the link and scheduled one at 10am on a Saturday. That morning I waited by my phone, no call, no text, no email, nothing. I emailed a couple days later telling them take me off your email and thanks for wasting my time. I get a snotty text in reply then the chick proceeds to go on and on about what a wonderful person she is and how she has such a good heart, etc. Who talks like that about themselves??? A narcissistic egomaniac maybe. Lol. Don't waste your time. These people aren't very professional and are obviously horribly disorganized, don't have customer service skills, contingency plans, etc. Maybe they are just such wonderful pure angels that they are use to being bowed down to and worshiped. Lol. Needless to say, I told the lady off because I don't have tolerance for people playing games and wasting my time. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of other places that will value your business! I have proof that I made the appointment. Yes, when you flake on me TWICE and WASTE MY TIME and then make up excuses, and repeatedly text me praising yourself, I will call you a L***** It's called REALITY. Giving an HONEST REVIEW isn't "defaming" (notice the self-righteous attitude!). If you had good customer service, and RESPECTED people and their time, then you would not tick them off and you wouldn't get a bad review. Period. I TEXT THE LADY ABOUT 2 MINUTES AFTER I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND TOLD HER THAT I SCHEDULED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. So, on top of being incompetent, she is also a liar. VERY well deserved review.

I've been coming here about 2 years, started with a Groupon and never looked back. I do monthly unlimited (~$95/mo) and it is worth EVERY PENNY. The classes are mix of cardio and weight lifting for max strength building and fat loss. Basically, holistic health. FACILITY: The facility is an open room which sounds scary (where do I hide? What do I do?) but is actually awesome. You'll set up your mat and needed equipment at the beginning of each class. Big mirrors across the front help check your form. Morning and night classes you can do by mood lighting. I'm a fan! CLASSES: each class is about an hour start to finish and they do a great job respecting your time so fit in a warm up (5min), explanation, heavy workout (35min), finisher (5min) and cool down all in that time. While the workout changes each day, there is always a weekly challenge too so you can track your energy/progress each day. PEOPLE: I come here for the people. You can find yourself between the high school jock and the mom of 4 but everyone's there for the same reason: WELLNESS and helping each other get there! The instructors always have modifications on how to level up or down on a move. Love this place, give it a shot and you won't look back!

I started my healthy weight loss journey in March of 2018 with just running a daily 5k, I realized that I plateaued at the end of the year and needed to do more. I found Inspired Wellness in February 2019 and began this life and body changing experience. First of all, the trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and very encouraging. Second, the daily workouts targets multiple parts of the body giving better results. Third, the flexibility of classes throughout the day. There should be no excuses when your health is a priority. I highly recommend at least trying out a class, give it a shot! I'm on my 23rd week of Bootcamp, I feel a lot leaner, stronger and my endurance has paid off when I do my Spartan Races. Trying to be healthy is a lifestyle and a journey but I'm glad to have found this gym to help me along the way. Aloha!

The classes are a great workout. However, there are never enough medium size weights, there are no locker rooms, and they let people in 20-30 minutes late to classes. If you want to make it to the 5:30pm class on time, be sure to get there 20 minutes early to stand in line for the only bathroom in the whole building to change. Also, if you sign up for a 3 or 6 month contract, be sure to cancel at least two months before your contract expires or you'll be conscripted for another 3 or 6 month contract. Again, the classes are a great workout, but there are some drawbacks that I don't want to spend that much money a month on.
