Staff is rude and unprofessional! They did not greet me as I walked in the building. Their tone was disrespectful when approached the counter as well! Go to Fultondale or Trussville!

Honestly, the store is great. Customer service is not great from manager. I had to request to speak to another manager higher up. Yes I understand about rules, but you can always do a courtesy for someone based upon the situation.

I was just in the store and brought a wireless mouse (on break), I don't check the packages when I buy things, so when I got back to work I went to open it the package had been taped up. I returned to the store to exchange, the worker at the front told me I could exchange it. When I returned to the front I think she was the manager, she rudely question me because I did not check the package before purchase. My coworkers and I constantly are in and out the store daily. I have never been treating this badly.

Whats the purpose of self checkout if you're going to ring it up for me if that's the case put the traditional registers back.I hate going to a store being watched by every employee in the store. I especially didn't like how the managers were standing around the counters talking about one of their employees. The front counter area is messy. I'll rather drive 30 minutes across town than shop at this location again. Don't make get started on store pickup-:(

The ABSOLUTE BEST employees EVER at store #06151!! I drove through 5 counties, driving over 2 hours to go to this store to meet my DIL, passing by the other 5 Below stores along the way. I'm so very glad I did. Well worth it!! It was so clean & organized, and very helpful & friendly staff. I'd give 10 stars if possible 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
