I love going here with my family. It doesn't feel like im being watched or targeted. The employees are always nice and approachable. They dont act like you are a bother or the job is beneath them, they really take care of their customers need. the store is very clean and kept that way throughout the day, kids are allowed to test out the balls, and nobody makes them out to be a brother. Prices are perfect, and the store is very easy to navigate.

I love this place for random shopping or to take kids to shop for reasonable prices. It has a huge selection of products, almost like a "five and dime." The candy selection is outstanding.

Went in today and though it was a very clean Five Below, the cashier at the register was pretty rude to me. I am pretty sure something was muttered about me interrupting her to another employee (didn't know I was interrupting her by walking up to the one register she was at with the light on- if she would have just said that to me when I walked up I would have been more than happy to move to another register or wait) but yet she didn't say anything to me but to mumble my price at me, give me dirty looks and even decided to not even hand my bags to me. I would take a less clean Five Below over a cleaner one with rude employees any day. If someone is interrupting you doing something at a register, you can always cut that light off or maybe mention it to them. Gave 2 stars because at least the store was clean and I don't live in the area so I don't have to deal with a rude staff at the location near my home.

Like another store who's name is their prices(or at least used to be), the prices have increased. I love the variety of the merchandise but I think they could at least be courteous enough to have things priced better. I'm talking about have the products prices where you can see it

Was just in here. This management staff is horrible to their workers. Saw a manager ask an employee if they had an ED. Didn’t even abbreviate it. Don’t they know how inappropriate that is. I wouldn’t even doubt that it goes against ADA. If the management is this horrible to their staff I couldn’t even imagine how they are to customers.
