Service and atmosphere is exceptional. I just tell them what I need and they bring it to me or take me where it is and I make decisions. Sit around and jaw for awhile and have a bottle of pop and for a moment you may think you have gone back in time to Mayberry!

Friendly staff. Great legacy store. Subpar zip ties. The white plastic 12” ers should have been discontinued pre-C19. Even a gentle tug and they break.

I have never been to Five Points Hardware that I didn’t find what I needed - along with some helpful advice. Knowledgeable personnel and a wide inventory of hard-to-find items make the difference.
