I went to Fleet Feet on Sunday to get a pair of running shoes for my daughter, and the experience blew me away. The tech was next-level — they digitally scanned her feet, analyzed her walking gait, and factored in her weight, arch, pressure points, and more. It wasn’t just “try these on and see how they feel” — it was a full-on science-backed fitting.
I was so impressed I had to try it myself. Turns out, I’d been buying the wrong shoe size for years and relying on online reviews instead of what actually fits my feet. After the scan and personalized recommendations, I walked out not only with the perfect pair of shoes, but also with the confidence that they were exactly right for my body and running style.
Fleet Feet has completely converted me — this is the only way I’m buying running shoes from now on.

Great experience- got fitted and tried on some shoes I wouldn't have tried on my own and found a new brand of running shoes that feel like running on a cloud!

The customer service makes this place better than anywhere else for finding the right running shoes for you. I have bought my last 2 pairs here and have continued to use the insole that they recommended to me after scanning my feet. I had no idea running shoes could be so comfortable until I tested out my first pair here 2 years ago. Just got another pair that I love even more.. You have someone helping you the entire time you are there to give you recommendations based on your exact foot size. Don't overthink it just go in and see what recommendations they give you. You will probably love them.

FleetFeet at Patchwork Farms is my favorite place to shop for shoes and gear. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and care about their customers and products. I send patients tot he store to get fit appropriately for shoes using their fit technology. Great service and great people!!

This store is wonderful! My first visit there and was very impressed! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Store was very clean, the restroom was clean, and water was available to customers. I got the the shoes I needed, as did my nephew!

Always great service! I had already looked on line to see if they had the shoes I wanted so I was able to walk in, ask for them and finish my purchase with in 5 minutes.

Fleet Feet is always so helpful when I’m getting new running shoes. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! The scans of my feet and how I walk are vital to helping me know how I walk, my pressure points and what shoes to look for. I highly recommend Fleet Feet!

First time here but it won’t be my last. Stu did the digital measurements and depth. Educated us on which purchases would be most efficient. He was not just aiming to make a sell but seem to really care. More like a family or friend instead of a salesman.

We visited Fleet Feet for the first time and drove an hour to get there. They were busy when we arrived, but Sarah came up to us to let us know it would be just a minute and it was. She scanned our feet to find us the right walking shoes. We tried on a few different brands and settled on Hokas. She was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this location.

Gabrielle was super helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time with me, from measuring my feet, to explaining what type of shoe would be best for me and my needs, showing me several different options, and answering any and all questions along the way. I would recommend coming here for any of your running needs!
