The store was nice but the employee there gave me hard time because I didn’t like one part of a game he really liked and proceeded to be flippant and disrespectful the whole time I was there with my friends. I emailed a complaint because I don’t deserve to be treated that way, especially as a customer, whenever I have an opinion about a game. And it’s not like I didn’t enjoy the game; there was just one portion that I didn’t like and he proceeded to act like a jerk. And it had been years since I came back to a GameStop. Ruined the whole experience for me.

I had a great experience this location thanks to Simon. He was super helpful and patient while I traded in my old consoles for a new PS5, making the process easy and stress-free. Simon is a fantastic representative for the company—his excellent customer service makes me want to come back again!

The staff was very friendly on my visit. Considerably varied selection. Prices are a bit on the high side. However, if you want a game/accessory and can't wait on a delivery option, Gamestop is a good option for gently used items.
