Yesterday, Monday, July 8th, I went to General Nutrition Center (GNC), GNC 06140, 3036 Healthy Way, Vestavia Hills, AL 35243, for Triflex Soft Chewables. The two young men who helped me were so nice, and they were so knowledgeable too. The store was very clean, the products were just what I was looking for. Gordon, (don't know other guy's name ), were very pleasant, and did not make me feel if ignorant for having questions about fitness products. Believe me, I have been in enough fitness product stores to know how it feels to get the eye-roll, the chuckle, etc, just because I asked what they thought was a silly question. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!! The employees there are extremely rude and do not care about you what’s so ever. I had received the wrong product in the mail and wanted to return what I got for what I actually ordered or at least get my money back. I had ordered protein powder and received BCAA which I didn’t understand was at the time. The FIRST thing the employee said to me when I was expressing to her why I was upset was her CORRECTING me on how the BCAA I wrongly received wasn't protein. Not a hello or even a smile. Are you kidding me???? Like I’m sorry im not as educated as you on certain items you sell. And it wasn’t just a simple correction it was a “are you d**** look I received while she was telling me. I called numerous people to figure the situation out before I went up this store and was told I would receive a refund once I returned what I got in the mail. I had to drive all across town in order to finally get it resolved. This is my first time shopping at GNC and I will be buying elsewhere from now on. Will never shop here again. One of the worst experiences of mine ever. I 100% get people make mistakes on things but I will never understand horrible customer service. If you hate your job that bad to be rude to your PAYING costumers, leave. Ridiculous. If this review gets to cooperate i will gladly tell you which employee it was.

4/11/22 Something is fishy. About 20 labels directly below pump fuel and bcc show 20 bucks off on every single flavor. Than the girl tried to charge me full price at the register. I objected and she took it back down to sale price.
