Excellent, knowledgeable people, the plan they are helping me with is working. Best location in Trussville to visit in my opinion. Convenient as well, wish they would add Amazon pick-up back. I will still stop here first either way.

I was fairly disappointed. My boyfriend came with me to look at protein for myself. The employee immediately approached him and asked him what he was looking for and his goals. I asked him for his recommendation on what I may need for myself and he never asked additional questions to help me find the best products, he provided all his attention to my boyfriend when the initial visit was for myself. I will not be visiting again.

Walked in on Christmas Eve needing help because I knew I wanted a pre workout and a recovery but other than some research on the interwebs (because everything's true on the internet) I had no clue where to start. Awesome chick working today actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was able to give me some great suggestions without breaking the bank! Really helpful and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with both items.
