Got some pretty good finds at this location. Friendly, yet, helpful staff. Reasonably priced items, some new, some gently used. Just have to be open to a world of possibilities, and a little luck 😉 Will definitely return.

Extremely overpriced items for a thrift store! UPDATE: In regards to the owners reply, I do understand that you employ people, etc. However, Goodwill is NOT a non-profit business and makes money for the owners of all of these stores. I think that speaks volumes, period.

I have been in here several times and been charged correctly but today 2 workers tried to tell me that the tshirts I picked out were $4.99 when the displayed price states 2.99 so you can actually buy the T-shirt that's from Walmart... Cheaper at Walmart. I bought 4 and were overcharged. Just FYI they don't abide by their own displayed pricing.

Goodwill in Inverness AL is definitely way overpriced! Worn out used board games with missing items marked at $8.99. Old Wal-Mart picture frames marked higher than the current Wal-Mart prices. Multiple used Dollar Tree items marked at $1.99 & $3.99. A Classico pasta sauce jar $.99. I love thrift shopping but this store is just slap ridiculousness!!

I have been overcharged twice by incompetent employees. I was send a gift certificate for the first error of the cashier failing to give me my 50% off discount off of multiple items. This last visit, I was charged for a regular short sleeve shirt twice ($4.99) when they were clearly graphic tees. My son who had the other cashier was charged $2.99 for his graphic tee purchase. When I pointed this out to the cashier she argued that it was a regular shirt. Make that make sense. I should be reimbursed again for this transaction. I'm tired of my money being stolen from me. I will not return to this location. I never have any problems in Centerpoint.

Was enjoying shopping until time to check out. Girl at register was YELLING across the store to let guests know store would close in thirty minutes. YELLED for another employee to close dressing rooms. My son had two belts priced at 4.99. She noticed one and said it was supposed to be 15.99???? So. Was she accusing my son of changing tags? Is she saying someone took off $15.99 tag; replaced it with $4.99 tag; and left it there after all that?? Implying that my son or I did that? Another employee went behind her and did that?? Can she change prices willy-nilly at checkout?? Did she want the belt for herself?? Really soured our shopping experience. If I hadn’t had such a splitting headache, I would’ve argued the point more. I was hurting too much to debate her. My son was not happy and let her know. He questioned it some, but she was not interested. Rude, rude, rude!!
