I have always loved Goodwill but this particular location is really special. I found tons of beautiful garments that were in excellent shape and unique. Can't wait to go back. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a pleasant shopping experience.

This is the best Goodwill in the state of Alabama. It’s neat, clean and organized. I’ve been a thrifter for 30 years. Hats off to the hardworking team at this location!!! Thank you!

I was out running errands on a Saturday. This is a newly opened Goodwill store, so I decided to check it out. First off, it's very clean and well organized. Amazing!I noticed how hardworking the staff appeared. I browsed a bit. I couldn't believe I actually found a Liberty University ball cap .... GO FLAMES! It was only 1.99 (no tax). I enjoyed coming here and I will definitely be back. Great store!!

This new Goodwill is the neatest, most inviting thrift store in Birmingham. It isn’t huge, but has a decent selection of clothing, accessories, household items, books, and furniture. I found some mens shirts, tools, and Christmas decor on my last visit.

Where to start. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The prices however are too high for a thrift store. On my first visit, the prices were reasonable. However, I went back a few days later and found different prices on name brand merchandise. For example, a used Nike jogging suit was 34.00. Who does that. I sure hope they stop up-charging the name brand merchandise. With the prices they have, you can get name brand merchandise from T J Maxx for some of the prices they charge. I will stick with the American Thrift store where the prices are more reasonable.
