I had a fantastic experience with Tellus Self Storage in Grayson Valley! The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access, which gave me real peace of mind while storing my belongings. The staff is what truly sets this place apart — they are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and I really appreciate the personal attention and care I received. This place was awful. Rats and bugs throughout the facility. We stayed for Paula but she moved to another place that treats her MUCH better so we followed her to All American Storage down the road! No issues there & they treat their employees AND customers so much better.
