I was a customer here for 6 years and it has been a great experience. Never had an issue, was always able to access my unit and the company was very communicative. The online payment portal was easy to use and my payment was always posted immediately.Manager was very responsive the one or two times I did reach out. Paula was very personable and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend for any of your storage needs.

We have had a unit for over 10 years. Units are clean and price is reasonable. Just added a 2nd unit for temporary storage, Paula is the best, always friendly and helpful

Loved renting a unit from this facility. Ms. Paula is super kind and helpful when picking out a unit and when moving out. She has been very accommodating to our move out schedule. Online monthly payments are easy to make. Will definitely be renting a unit from here again in the future!

My storage unit rental experience is a very satisfactory one! The unit was clean, secure, and the perfect size for all my storage items. Carts were always available when I needed them. I was also very impressed with and especially thankful for Tellus Grayson Mgr. Paula Hilley who was professional, courteous, and always very helpful to me regarding any questions or concerns about my storage experience. I highly recommend Tellus Grayson!
