Full service, tires , alignment check, radiator flush, transmission fluid change and oil change- all done in an 8 hour time frame. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative service. Recommend them !

I recently had work done on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler at the Green Garage in Birmingham, Alabama, and if it were possible to give this service provider and its staff ten stars, I would do. Matt was incredibly helpful in getting my Jeep serviced quickly and efficiently. He kept me informed with detailed explanations of what needed to be done, accurate and complete estimates of time and materials, updates along the way, and a request for authorization of additional work that I quickly agreed to have done. Towards the end of this process, Chris also became involved, and he was as gracious, resprctful, and helpful as Matt. It was a real pleasure to interact with Matt and Chris, and although I never met the mechanics and technicians who work at the Green Garage, I am willing to bet (based in part upon the quality of their work), that they are skilled and extremely competent workers. I highly recommend the Green Garage.

Green Garage is the finest shop in Birmingham. Their professionalism and knowledge are second to none. After 35 years of searching, I finally found my go to shop. I have been a customer for over two years and will not go anywhere else. And that’s for four vehicles!

I was looking at purchasing a vehicle from a a dealership nearby and wanted a pre purchase inspection done. Unfortunately I live about 4 hours away so I had to do all of the coordinating and communication over the phone. The guys at green garage were friendly, patient, and thorough. The inspection was extremely detailed and I felt confident in their assessment. In the end I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle but I would not hesitate to use this shop again for any of my vehicle needs.

Chris is the best mechanic in town! Even came to the house to get us taken care of. I ordered the wrong part and he was able to modify it to fix my problem. Absolutely the best!

Our Subaru Forester began making an awful scraping sound from the rear passenger wheel when driving. Everything drove and felt fine but the noise was severe. I walked in not knowing the appointment process. Matt got me scheduled and the customer service was top notch.
It turns out it was a tiny rock stuck behind the heat shield. A lesser garage would have sold me a new wheel bearing, at least.
I'll be coming back!

I've been using Green Garage as my regular maintenance garage for a couple of years now, and I've always been pleased. They're very kind, accommodating, and honest. They work quickly and do a great job explaining anything that warrants it. Also want to throw in a shout out to Chris (the owner) and his other company, Auto Key Co. of BHM, for being super kind and working with me to get a key cut & programmed on the fly when I came and picked up my car from the garage after an oil change. Highly recommend Green Garage & Auto Key Co.!

I stopped by to get something done that I thought would take an hour or so to do but they were able to help me in 5 minutes — and when they could’ve charged me off the simple fact that they had to stop what they were doing to assist me, they didn’t. I thought this was very kind of them and reflective of their company culture because everyone was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I will be coming back here off of this short interaction alone, and recommending others to them. :)

They don’t answer the calls. Tried multiple times, I have requested for a quote. They took details and told will call back in an hour. It’s been a week and I called multiple times but no answer
